Rated 1 out of 5 by from It will leave scum on your clothes I bought this large washing machine to reduce frequency of loads. Unfortunately it's been a big regret since buying it. If you wash anything black you will notice scum marks all over your shirts & pants. We have tried swapping from powder to liquid. We clean the catch filters every wash. We have also tried double and triple rinsing every load. (Very efficient and time wasting) But nothing stops the scum marks. So I wouldn't recommend this washer. Get one with an agitator. Yes it may wear out your clothes quicker, but at least they will be clean.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from DON’T BUY DON’T buy this washing machine, it’s a costly machine with very little performance. It does not clean clothes at all. In fact it leaves scum marks and stains clothes. My mum’s whirlpool 16 year old machine has better performance then this. The washing takes FOREVER, and yet your clothes come out dirty. Tub clean takes 2-3 hours, what a waste of water and electricity. We have tried every setting, tried changing washing powders/liquids, and nothing works. This is not a machine you want to invest in, it’s expensive and definitely not worth it. It’s also not environmentally sustainable, wastes so much water and electricity and yet no results.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best top loader washing machine lint free I bought this top loader washing machine a couple of months ago it’s been very good working well There are two huge filters you don’t have to worry about the lint Big winter blankets you can wash as well it makes life so much easier I’m very sick of using front loaders cleaning can’t beat top loader The black color easily scratches all the surfaces My recommendation is white color Other than that it’s the best money for value washing machine

The steam function is the bomb for doing bed linen it is like the sheets come out starched. The machine is very quiet. I highly recommend this product

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Impressed so far! I have had this for a few weeks now and I am loving it so far. I mainly use the eco cotton cycle and it leaves the clothes clean and fresh smelling. When my partner got his work uniform dirty to the point of me almost dry reaching I used the stain care cycle which hotter water and it actually eliminated all odours. I have found I am washing less as it holds so much more. It’s easy to throw in a lot - towels, sheets etc as it all fits. Very impressed

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Happy Customer. Loving this machine so far. Have had for 3 weeks and its going well. Easy to use. Huge capacity which is great for our big family. When purchased, I was worried about the control panel being at the front of the machine, but it hasnt been a problem. Possibly could be for a shorter person. Washes clothes well. Cycle is longer than my old machine, but it doesn’t bother me as I can now do less washes since it holds so much. I like the cycle options. Having a 'rinse and spin' option is handy for me. The clothes come out slightly more damp than my previous machine, but its definitely not anything that would put me off purchasing it. Hopefully this machine lasts a long life, and if it does, I would purchase again.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Avoid at all costs DO NOT BUY THIS MACHINE! Even though you have programmed the machine to spin only, it continues to add water making a 50 minute load take 3 hours. You have to stand by the machine and press buttons to correct it.

Does this machine heat its own water so i dont have to use hot water from the tap

Thanks for your question Jodie. We can confirm this model requires both hot & cold water connections to function. We sadly don't have the WTL9-14W listed online, but your local store can look for pricing from supplier, or recommend alternatives with this feature. Trust this helps! ^CO
