Stylish family fridgeWe love this fridge. It's the perfect size for our family and smaller sized kitchen. The two drawers are handy and the freezer a good size. It also looks good with a minimalist style and stainless steel finish. When our old fridge died a week before Christmas, we got mucked around by a different company. One phone call to Harvey Norman Lower Hutt and we had the new fridge ordered. The next day I got a call asking when we wanted it delivered and the following day the new fridge was installed. Great service from Harvey Norman

Love the product, but double-check delivery infoThe fridge works fine. We really like some of the features, like a meat/vegetable drawer that can be programmed to a different temperature. It is also useful having an alarm that goes off i you forget the fridge door open. I love the space in the freezer, and the sleek design. Just a heads up though! If you are getting it delivered, t might pay to double check with Harvey Norman, to see if they will install it for you. The people who deliver it left the huge box in my lounge and left. I would not have been able to unpack and move the fridge myself. For some people this could be really tricky.

Quiet and efficientPrime fresh drawer works really well and it’s great being able to control the temperature in the different zones. Only slight bug is a 2L milk carton doesn’t fit in the door shelf with handle facing out. Easily fits 3L widthways though.

Decent for small to medium householdDecent size, nice and quiet. Included ice container has tray and lid which helps avoid ice evaporating. Three cooling zones (main fridge, prime fresh, and freezer) is a nice benefit. A nice-to-have would be if the shelves were more finely adjustable but I haven't had issues with it yet. It's energy usage is pretty good too, must have some good insulation

Great fridge overall!Excellent fridge! The fridge gap in our new place was too narrow so a new fridge was a must. This fridge looks stylish in stainless steel, very happy with capacity and features. Online ordering from Harvey Norman was a breeze.

Hi there. If the light in the Freezer is not working, there are three possible causes. The light bulb could be burned out. The light switch could be defective. There could be open internal wiring. According to the instructions, the temperature setting range of the Fridge compartment is 1°C ~ 7°C, the Prime Fresh case is -5°C ~ 4°C, (with soft freezing being -3°C, and fresh cool between 0°C ~ 4°C), while the Freezer compartment range is -23 °C ~ -15 °C. Press the relevant compartment to select it, and press again to adjust the temperature. Ambient room temps will also affect this. ^CO
