A bit roughI replaced a new Panasonic with this one because the panasonic was making an unbearable high pitched noise and the layout wasn't quite right. Super good of harvey norman to swap it for me as it's not considered a fault by the manufacturer. Layout in the Westinghouse is good and no high pitched inverter noise but to be honest, the quality compared to the Panasonic is hugely lacking. The plastic drawers and crisper compartment all feel rough and cheap and I'm not expecting them to last at all. Below average compared to others on market. Pity I was constrained by my housing or I would have got a F&P which looks far better.

Cheap and ill fitting drawersI don't recommend this fridge freezer - one of the reviews that I read online before buying it was that the drawers are creaky and cheap, which I disregarded because I liked the dimensions for my kitchen. On purchasing the fridge I discovered that not only was the previous reviewer correct, the top drawer of the freezer actually falls out when pulled as the drawer rails are only secured at one point and so can move sideways, letting the drawer fall off them.

Great little fridge![This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have only had this fridge for a month but it seems to be working well. It is one for the larger capacity fridges I have found for the compact size of the overall fridge - a tribute to its clever design. It isn’t constantly loud but it does have a cycle (maybe a defrosting cycle) that seems to be quite a bit louder every now and again. Overall, we are happy with the product so far.

Timeless[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is only the second Westinghouse fridge l have purchased. The first one lasted 30 years. Its still going but we use it as a storage fridge outside for entertaining so we upgraded, well l treated my wife to a new one. Shes in kitchen heaven now...l guess l am too.

Great design[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm happy I bought this. I love the fridge being at the top - so easy to see everything. The storage in the door is well organised. Bottom mount freezer drawers keeps everything organised.

I need a quiet refrigerator, is it noisy?

Great question Emily. Modern refrigerators generally run between 32 and 47dB (decibels). Forty decibels is the accepted noise level of a quiet indoor space such as a library, whilst sixty is your average Air Conditioning unit. Noise is not measured typically for these products, due to positioning within the home, and airflow. Trust this helps!
