2019 model dudwe bought the 2019 model. Its a dud. Worked beautiful for 12 months , made lots of funny noises but it worked.
13 months in ice maker stopped working, leaked water into main fridge and froze up.
3 months later after 4 repair visits and a lot of calls we still have a non working fridge. No ice , warm water dispensed and a icing up bottom freezer compartment.
We are receiving this year's equivalent as a replacement from factory . Hoping all the issues have been fixed. Hoping for a better run out of it. Will amend this review in 12 months to keep you updated.

Great combo of Electrolux productsJust purchased a suite of products from Electrolux, couldn't be happier with my selection of 1.5 oven, microwave, cooktop, range and fridge. See photo attached which shows how they all compliment each other in looks and style. Kitchen not quite finished. Functionally fantastic with the cooktop, talking to the range and the fridge talking to my phone.
Just getting to know how everything works, happy at this stage with what has come out of the oven and even happier with my fridge. Huge storage in doors and extra freezer draw works well with accessing smaller frozen goods.
Highly recommend this combo of kitchen appliances, thank you Electrolux.

Not overly impressed.It is a nice looking fridge and well priced, but has a few shortcomings.
1. Somewhat awkward to get things in and out the fridge. Sometimes both doors need to be open.
2. Can be difficult to get bottles or tall items to fit, especially as shorter items can be behind.
Maybe we need to re-arrange how our items are stored to make it more practical.
3. Door alarm is not loud enough. Is there a way to increase volume level?
4. Water supply is very slow. It can take 3 minutes for a litre. Is this correct?
5. Wireless has become disconnected. How do you fix this?
Other than all this, it is after all just a fridge/freezer and keep thinks adequately cold.

Great colour and amazing square designLove the fridge the design as it’s square n charcoal colour. Only thing which I got disappointed when it finally got delivered and it was placed at the allocated space the doors were touching the wall when we tried to open it as such the doors could not open and therefore we had to pull the fridge out a bit which basically what I didn’t not wanted. I wanted my fridge to blend in with the cabinets. The second thing electrolux should maybe in future do Is incorporate a child lock where toddlers are not able to open the fridge. This will help parents from unnecessary stress and cleaning of the mess these monsters create.
Overall I love the fridge.

Love this fridge - mostlyWe are happy with our choice and don’t think anything else we saw when shopping has the features and versatility of this. Three pros and three cons - Pros- multi function drawer, nice and quiet, easy to see and find things, cons - Main thing I get annoyed by is that drip tray is always full and spills onto floor when you open door if you don’t watch it carefully and mop it out (you can’t remove to empty, have to soak up water), fingerprints show a lot, Doors close quite hard if you don’t guide them. Also snack trays are a bit pointless - not much fits in there and hard to get into.

Nearly Great Fridge[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fridge has some great features, the sliding drawers and adjustable cooling zones are handy. Many options in the fridge with the internal shelves interchangeable. Water and ice for your drinks whenever you need, even storage foe wine and lollies.
But the hindges need to permit the doors toped a bit wider, you can not slide out the cooler drawer in the fridge, a serious oversight?/ Presents good and seems okay on electricity, just wish the ice storage was a bit bigger. By the time you fill a portable water bottle with ice and water, the next person has little left to fill theirs.

THE NEW FRIDGEFridge arrived on 26 February this year and so far so good. We noticed immediately that it cools a lot better than the previous fridge and apart from the various running noises it makes we are quite happy with the unit. The only issue I have with it is that I have tried to connect it up using the Electrolux Lite app and so far been unsuccessful. It is something to do with the Wifi connection where it does not recognise the Fridges Wifi Network in my settings. Please note I have NBN connected and it is working at the top of the scale for uploads and downloads, so if there is some assistance available with this it would be appreciated.

Fabulous family fridge!Everyone in the house loves this fridge! Slotted straight in and works a charm. Easy to organise, looks great and great functionality. Couldn’t believe it when it sent me an alert on my phone when the door was left open too long when it was being arranged where things would go in it. We are using the fridge or freezer drawer as a fridge drawer for all of our sauces, mustards and marinades, etc, which frees up heaps of space in the large main fridge area. The cold water and ice functions are perfect and get used a lot. Very, very happy with this fridge and highly recommend making the space for one in your kitchen, especially if you have a large family.

What is the price for air & water filters for model ehe6899sa? Thanks

Thanks for your question Frankie. You can press and hold ‘Reset Air Filter’ for 3 seconds to reset, as this does not need replacing. You can also find information on this in your instruction manual with the unit. The ULX220m water filter is not carried in stores and can be ordered via Electrolux directly or through your closest Harvey Norman store, who can advise approximate time-frames and costs.

Where do I find details re how large the opening needs to be in the kitchen joinery to give full operable use of the fridge?

Thanks for your question John. A fridge needs a gap of 50mm free space around the sides and back of the unit, and 25mm space at the top for air flow. An additional width of 150mm toward the front may be required to allow the doors to open fully. Hope this helps!

Thanks for your question. These displays illuminate every 6 months or when the air or water filters need replacing. Press and hold ‘Reset Air Filter’ for 3 seconds to reset. These can be ordered via Electrolux directly or through your closest Harvey Norman store. You can also find information on this in your instruction manual with the unit.
