Once you've had a Quad door you won't go back
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very pleased with this unit, our second quad door. Note this was the 605L model purchased from an outlet store. A bargain as the damaged door had been replaced with a new one. The freezer is a decent size and the ridge/freezer ratio works well for us - well designed. A couple of small quibbles - 1) the fruit and vege bins are barely tall enough, but you can fit a whole cauli - just. 2) the right vege bin can't be fully opened without opening the left door (common in quad doors I believe), the design boffins need to work on that. Hubby loves the external plumbed water.

Slow service.
Bought it brand new. Water kept coming out of the fridge after 12 months maybe , something is leaking. Been fixed and leaking again. Now the thermostat needed repairing. Saying it’s 18 degrees but it’s only 10 degrees all our meat that we didn’t put yet to the freezer and dairies gone. Service /help is very slow. Service came and checked but need to order parts. Next schedule is after 11 days. Loan fridge temporarily at the garage atm. Needs a lot of patience with this company.

Too many fingerprints!
I have had this a few months and am SICK of the fingerprints on the door. You can open the door from the bottom and not cause any mark but you have to push the front of the door to close it so fingerprints are unavoidable. VERY ANNOYING! Also I am finding that the water is not very cold and when you take a couple of glasses then its basically room temp so thats annoying too. I do like the ice dispenser as it fills up to full very quickly and the option to have a 3rd quandrant as a fridge instead of freezer is also handy but overall I would not buy this again. Sorry F&P, you have dissappointed me again!

Good features. Good space.
Good space inside. The wide-open arrangement of shelves accomodates all our container shapes and sizes. I like that the ice maker empties into an accessible container in the bottom freezer - last fridge, different brand, had a mechanical ice dispenser in the door of fridge that kept icing over and blocking up the whole feeder mechanism; and its ice feeder took up a lot of room in the fridge section. I chose this particular F&P model because it avoided those past issues.
Freezer drawers are ok but tiniest annoyance is that 4 of the drawers have the pull handle at their base and 2 have the handle at the top lip of the drawer - always ends up a bit confusing trying to find the handle in the right spot.

I am very happy with my purchase!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very happy with my Fisher & Paykel 538L Series 7 fridge. It looks beautiful and fits well in my kitchen. The fridge keeps my food fresh for a long time because of its smart cooling system. I like that one part of the fridge can change to freezer, fridge, or soft freeze depending on what I want to store. The ice maker and water dispenser work great and it is quiet too. The shelves and lights inside make it easy to find and organise my food. Overall, this fridge is a great choice and works perfectly for my home.

Sleek and elegant
Lovely sleek finish and convenient water filter that takes up no space inside the fridge. Automatic ice maker in the freezer is fantastic and I like the fact that I can turn it off in winter and that it doesn't interfere with the space in the freezer. I just need to get my partner to close the door from the bottom or top without touching it all over. I would have bought the one with handles but hated the fact that the handles were not the same colour / finish as the fridge and they looked cheap and nasty compared to other fridges with handles.

A very happy customer
Really happy with our new fridge. Never run out of ice cubes even on a Scotch night. Ice water in door is very convenient and now rarely use the kitchen tap for drinking water.
The temperature zones are excellent and we notice food is fresher for longer compared to our previous fridge. The layout interior is great & to easily find contents and is well lit in both the fridge and freezer .
Appearance is smooth & sleek and looks fantastic in our kitchen.
The delivery & installation was excellent. Many thanks to E&S for good price and service.

Quad Door Fridge/Freezer
A compact fridge/freezer with four doors, ice maker and filtered water. Perfect for single me. Is suitable for holding platters in the fridge section with multiple adjustable shelves as well as door compartments for storing jars and small containers of food. Two independent doors provide access to the freezer section which has six deep drawers. Love the control panel which allows me to control the temperature of both fridge and freezer as well as turn on/off the ice maker.
