Not functional at allThis fridge has a terrible design. The internal fridge doors will not open unless all doors are open because the draws are slightly wider than the single door opening. The freezer draws where the ice tray is located get stuck (open and closed) almost every time they are used. The shelves are too close together (even on their widest rack) so nothing fits. The milk shelf in the door is too tight so not much other than 2 bottles of milk fits at a time and the top door shelves are too high so that hardly any condiments fit. On top of all that the water pressure is either too weak (takes ages to fill a cup) or leaks if the door is opened and shut too often. Worst fridge ever made!

Not the advertised dimensionsBought this fridge to fit our fridge space based on the depth of 72cm. Got it home and put in the space and it stuck out quite far so I measured, and it’s actually 77cm deep. Looks awful as the side of the fridge is not the same colour as the front. Couldn’t see these issues in store as all the fridges are stacked close together and you can’t see the back or sides. The side is a light grey and it’s very noticeable. Not happy having spend 2 k on this fridge and it is not as advertised. Wouldn’t have minded so much if the fridge was the same colour all around.

Love everything about this fridge!I’ve had this fridge for about 6 weeks and just love it! The 4 internal fridge drawers are so convenient - I can open just 1 external door and access 2 drawers instead of having to open both external doors because the drawers inside are the width of the whole fridge. Same scenario with the freezer I can open just 1 freezer door and have access to the half width drawers inside. Love the fact that it’s not plumbed in but it still makes ice and still can get a glass of cold water from outside the fridge door. It is economical to run - 4 stars - and so quiet compared to my last fridge. Very happy with my choice of matte black, it looks great, very sleek and compliments the rest of my kitchen beautifully. Would pick the same fridge in a heartbeat! Thanks Westinghouse!

Issues with the Westinghouse 564L two door fridge.We sent a similar comment about two weeks ago but we have had an adjustment made but we are still getting the same issue. Any food left at the rear left-hand side of the fridge "freezes" solid. The freezer draws are and feel like a cheap action. They are like a cheap kids' toy.. We also have an Oven which is operated through a digital screen and it is so complicated and does not respond to our touch even when held for 5 seconds and we have to bend down to see the screen when in this day and age it could have been tiltable, similar to that available on a cheap printer. It seems to need an additional 10 degrees to be added to most recipes and when cooking a full tray of biscuits, even on fan bake one end will be cooked whilst the other end has no colour. We can turn the tray but that should not be necessary.

Stylish but reasonably pricedWe were looking for something that was a little upmarket. The Westinghouse 564L quad door fridge gave us this with a matte charcoal grey finish. It has a nifty drinks storage rack that also allows some storage under it. Love the quad doors for minimising intrusion into the kitchen space and keeping the cold in. We opted for a non-plumbed drink dispenser at the front of the door to allow more fridge space (c.f. Plumbed dispensers). Only problem that has occurred is that the freezer doors are a little sticky and the bottom drawers come of the rails relatively often. If the have a load then they’re a little tricky to get back on. Oh, and if you’re looking to turn the ice machine on, it’s on a panel on the fridge door (LHS). But the ice machine is fully automated somehow drawing water from the reservoir used for dispensing cold water on the door.

Better than advertised[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I never thought I would say that we are over the moon with our fridge/ freezer.
The size and locations of the shelves and draws are perfect for our needs. The automatic ice maker is next level and makes perfect ice cubes in a very short time (and this is without using the rapid ice function). This is a functional, practical and easy to use fridge, love it.

Everything you see in the marketing is absolutely true.
We love the extra pull-out drawers in both the fridge & freezer.
It took under a day to produce a drawer of ice & just keeps replenishing when we take some out. Easy to access & with the water tank in the fridge, it's easy to see when the tank needs refilling for ice & water.

Awesome Fridge/FreezerWe've had this unit for about 8 weeks now and cannot fault it. It's stylish, has lots of features whilst still being simple to operate and has heaps of storage in both the fridge and freezer sections. The iced water dispenser and the auto ice maker are great features and particularly useful as we live in far north QLD where it is hot and humid for most of the year.
We aim to dispatch orders within 2 days. Delivery costs are calculated based on your location and the size of your order. Furniture may take up to 8 weeks to deliver as most products are made specifically for your order. Some Customer Direct products are shipped from overseas and may take longer to arrive. Some goods may take longer to deliver if a product is currently not in stock. A staff member will contact you where this occurs.
