Good fridge but with one notable design flaw
Most things about the fridge are good. We like the overweight ratio toward fridge, rather than freezer.
Our major gripe is the door design. Of the four doors only one is self closing the others have been fitted incorrectly. We have the fridge properly angled, it's the design of the self closing mechanism at the base of the door, which is poor. If the doors are fitted one mm too low when manufactured, they don't self close and it's therefore very easy to leave them open, as you need to consciously apply force so that it ticks over 'the hump' and shuts. This is a fundamental design flaw which is present on three of the four doors on our fridge.

Really good Fridge
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had our fridge for just over 3 weeks and would say at this early time of ownership this is the best fridge we have owned . The quietest fridge we have owned with the important features a family requires such as chilled water and auto ice making . The design with no handles really makes the fridge stand out on our new kitchen and the 4 crispers are so easy to use and store fruits, veggies , meats and deli - the wine rack is another great idea ! Highly recommended.

Brilliant fridge
Easy to use with the French door system. The ice maker comes so handy at parties. The water feature is so convenient. Previously we had a fridge with a water container on the door, that took our so much room from the door space, and because we had to refill it we ended up barely using it. So I love the on demand water feature.
The no fingerprints finish is also brilliant,

Broke in 2 months - don’t buy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased in 22/09/2023 a WQE5650BA at the Good Guys. Fridge is not getting cold anymore. Local authorised assistance takes 3 days to have a look at it. This is the second Westinghouse fridge we purchased. First one broke in a short period of time, I thought it was a bad luck and made the mistake to buy this one.

Struggles to stay at temperature!
We have had this fridge for over 6 months and have found that the fridge struggles to maintain temperature during hot days or busy periods. On the last occasion the fridge took 3 days to return to correct temperature. The ice maker has also now failed. The plastics inside the fridge are poor quality, freezer baskets slide poorly and plastic clips have broken.

Groceries in the bin, family of 5 (3 kids) in a 30 degree weather with a + $2k broken fridge. I would have a look at a different brand if I were you.

Worth The Wait.
Well i ordered this fridge back in November last year and unfortunately it got delayed by about 3 months but i can honestly say that it was worth the wait i am very happy with it so far the water and ice is great we use it all the time and the draws and sections in the fridge and freezer are great.

Compact and spaciaous
Perfect compact yet spacious French door fridge! We had limited space to put it in (910) and it fits perfectly! It is so far quiet and efficient, the matte black helps disguise fingerprint which is a plus with little hands. I would recommend this product
