Furniture may take up to 8 weeks to deliver as most products are made specifically for your order. Some Customer Direct products are shipped from overseas and may take longer to arrive. Thanks for your question Kevin. You can find these on the Mitsubishi website by searching the model MR-WX700C-S-A. Once there, find the 'Downloads' tab which will allow you to download the User Manual. The Freezer drawer is the 2nd from the bottom and has an upper and lower section. Above that is the icemaker on left, Supercool Freezing on the right. Hope this helps! ^CO
