Love the Fidge and Freezer BUT!
Just received my fridge and freezer pair a couple of days ago and love them BUT!
When researching what to buy I went with this pair as they advertised
"With its flat door and snug cabinet fit, this seamless design delivers a custom, built-in look." but when looking at the installation guide and contacting LG via phone they said you have to have at least 50mm (5cm) gap between the side of the fridge and the cabinetry. This in my opinion is NOT a snug cabinet fit. I mentioned to LG that this was misleading and all I got was an apology saying, "so if it is misleading". I picked this pair due to limited space and especially the "snug cabinet fit". Really disappointed with the advertising! So, if you read this review BE AWARE IT IS NOT A SNUG FIT!

Great energy efficient fridge
Really pleased with this fridge. Perfect size for our large family. Lots of space for everything. The dog even has her own drawer for her food. The 4.5 star energy rating within our price budget was the selling point for us. Quiet to run, door opens easily. It's quite tall (180cm) which means anyone on the shorter side will find it hard to reach the top shelfs.

Water leak!
Dear Harvey Norman Team,
I’m very disappointed with this LG fridge I purchased less than two years ago from your Henderson store. Since early last month, it’s been leaking water from the bottom every few days, soaking the floor and creating a mess. I expected better quality from a product sold through your store. It’s frustrating to think this might be why LG only offers a two-year warranty. I’ve seen negative reviews online and hoped they weren’t true—now I’m not so sure. I’ve contacted LG for warranty support and await their response. I’d appreciate any help you can offer.

High Quality Fridge - Even cooling top to bottom - Plenty of configuration options - Love the bottle rack for wine and water bottles - Not cheap - Only issue are the fragile plastic brackets to help with soft opening handle which broke in first 3 months but works without them.

Loving it so far
Only had it for a few weeks, but so far very happy. Love the folding shelf and extra door shelves. The vegetable crisper is great, I was dubious about the claims that it would keep items fresher, but my veg certainly seems to be staying fresher for longer. My only complaint is that the shelves are not quite as deep as my last fridge, so have had to do some work arounds for long items. Other than loving this fridge so far.
