Very Poor
Bought this model fridge last December till now has broken down 2nd time , causing all food damages & frustration to get Samsung to communicate promptly.
Won’t even consider giving any star. Not worth the $.

Samsung freezer, not a good product
We bought this as extra freezer storage and the first one was faulty. HN were awesome in finding a replacement of the same model but alas, this had the same fault. Not impressed, lost lots of food, never again will we buy Samsung. Staff were great in organizing the replacement so can definitely recommend HN for their customer service.

Doesnt work
Like others, I have had numerous problems with the freezer just stopping freezing. When Samsung were forced to acknowledge the issue they replaced the electronics. Same thing. Then they replaced the freezer - yet the problem is occurring again. I purchased this less then 2 years ago.

Randomly stops freezing
I don't recommend this freezer if you want to reliably keep things frozen.
Had this freezer for approx 2 years, and in that time it has given up freezing about 8 times. Lost quite a bit of food in the process when we didn't don't catch it in time.
The only way to fix it is to power it off at the wall and wait 5 mins. Sometimes it takes a few goes and as much as 30 mins! I suspect it is the defrost mode failing to go back to freeze mode?
I now have a temperature probe that sends a message to my phone if the freezer gets up to -7C.

Failed on day 11 and lost all the food including expensive meat from my older freezer.
Manufacturer wanted to fix it. Retailer replaced it but does my head in as I don't trust it and check it every day and only keep a minimum amount in it - which isn't the object of an expensive freezer. NO food compensation received YET. Not good enough.
