Description

Our Standard Laundry Appliance*1 Installation Service includes:

  • Unpacking your washing machine or dryer.
  • Placing appliance in position.
  • Connection to existing plumbing and power socket only (where no alterations or additional fittings are required).
  • Taking away packaging (if required)


More complex installation requirements?
Standard Installation does not include stacking kits, venting kits, or wall mounting. To discuss these and any other additional requirements, please contact your local Harvey Norman store to obtain a quote.


*1 You must be within a 30km radius of a Harvey Norman store or additional charges apply. Installation includes connection to existing plumbing and power socket only where no alterations or additional fittings are required. Installation excludes venting kit and/or stacking kits, wall mounting and additional plumbing work. Drainage and water hoses must be able to reach existing connections as we do not extend hoses or alter fixtures to fit or install washing machines and dryers. Any alterations to cabinetry, flooring or fittings will be the purchaser’s sole responsibility to arrange required modifications with a suitable provider. Complex or difficult jobs may require additional charges. On site evaluation is carried out at time of service, and it is at the providers sole discretion as to whether install can be completed. There may be restrictions, additional costs or inability to provide services for locations that are rural or on remote islands.

No more hanging on clothes hangers or rushing out during short bright spells in the weather. Looking forward to how much I save in time and money.

Truck arrived, driver stays in truck. 2 men do tge install andcremival of dryers as on a stacke. Take care of install to ensure plenty of tubing for the drainage. Friendly. Efficient all done within 30mins.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 days. Delivery costs are calculated based on your location and the size of your order. Furniture may take up to 8 weeks to deliver as most products are made specifically for your order. Some Customer Direct products are shipped from overseas and may take longer to arrive. Some goods may take longer to deliver if a product is currently not in stock. A staff member will contact you where this occurs.

Easy returns

If you feel your product has failed a Consumer Guarantee (as defined by New Zealand Consumer Law) then don't worry you can easily return it to your local Harvey Norman store. We'll even pay for the postage if you live in an area where there is no store. Our returns policy covers any purchased item ( conditions apply).
