Yes you can! We can swap your empty 30L gas cylinder for a full 60L gas cylinder for the price of a 60L refill. You can also exchange as many cylinders as you like.

Follow these steps to install your new cylinder:

Place the cylinder on a flat sturdy surface in an upright position and remove the seal and cap by twisting it counter-clockwise. Make sure to remove the carbonating bottle if it is installed in the Sparkling Water Maker.
With the Sparkling Water Maker in an upright position on a flat, sturdy surface, remove the back cover by pressing the button located at the rear and pulling the Sparkling Water Maker head upwards.
Set the back cover aside.
Gently tip the Sparkling Water Maker forward and insert the cylinder into the back. First insert the base of the cylinder followed by the body and then tilt it towards your Sparkling Water Maker.
Screw the cylinder counter-clockwise while applying gentle pressure until it is firmly held in place. Do not use tools and make sure the cylinder is secured in its place.
6. Reinstall the back cover by fitting the upright tab at the bottom into the rear slot at the base of the Sparkling Water Maker. Then push the cover into place onto the back of the Sparkling Water Maker.
Enjoy your bubbles!

Try the steps below to get back to bubbling:

Did you insert the carbonating bottle properly?
Tilt the bottle rest towards you until a click sound is heard and insert the bottle into the Snap-Lock by pushing the bottle neck up and back. There is no need to screw the bottle in or out of your Sparkling Water Maker.
Did you fizz the water in the right way?
If you have not yet added flavour, try re-carbonating by pushing down firmly on the carbonating button and holding for 1-2 seconds, releasing, and repeating -- 3 times for standard fizz and 5 times for strong fizz. When you've reached the right carbonation level, pull the bottle towards you and remove Remember to always fizz water before adding any flavour.
Are you out of CO2?
To check if you're out of CO2, first make sure the Quick Connect Cylinder is properly inserted in the cylinder holder with the cylinder handle lowered. Once you've checked this, push the carbonating lever a few times to see if CO2 is entering the bottle and check for bubbles.

Did you know that the hermetic seal on the caps of our carbonating bottles keeps your sparkling water or flavored sparkling water from going flat as quickly as ordinary store-bought beverages? If you ever need to recarbonate your plain sparkling water, you can. Just make sure that the water reaches the fill line on the carbonating bottle. If you've already prepared a drink with flavor, you cannot recarbonate.

Only water should be carbonated in the SodaStream Sparkling Water Maker. You risk damaging your Sparkling Water Maker, not to mention making a big fizzy mess! The money-back guarantee and the warranty are both invalidated if you carbonate any liquid other than water in your Sparkling Water Maker. Stick with plain, cold water and adding any one of our syrups after the water has been carbonated!
