Love it but....
So I love Lifeproof cases and just recently bought the new iPhone 11 Pro Max. As soon as I saw that the Lifeproof case came out for it I had to get one and don’t get me wrong, I still love it, but the top of the case when it’s on my phone doesn’t look like it seals all the way which is scary. Not sure if I need to reach out to have a replacement sent to see if I have the same issue or what. I have made sure that all the seals were in place and that my phone was placed in it properly as well. Not red/orange. Just BRIGHT ORANGE
I purchased this item for my boyfriend. He used to love your red cases. While we knew this wouldn't be the red case he had always loved, we thought from the description being red/orange and the photo it would be a darker red/orange. After receiving the case it is straight bright orange. Think pumpkin orange or Cleveland Browns orange. As my boyfriend did not want to go without a case while waiting for a different color, we decided to keep it. If you are looking for that traditional red or even thinking a red/orange mix is acceptable, this is not the case for you. On the other hand, if you love bright colors and orange, this case is great.

Not worth it
I bought this a couple weeks ago and I wish I wouldn't have. It is hard for others to hear you on a phone call. When you tap the screen it doesn't always work and sometimes you will have to press hard to get your screen to light up. The volume button is difficult if you don't have nails. If you do have nails it will cause them to break too. Always have something handy when you want to turn your sound off and on. Last but not least the when I lift my phone up to make the screen light up it won't light up half of the time. I have been having to turn the volume off and on to get my screen to light up. I would recommend a different case!!!!

Pretty good case!
I have always had lifeproofs so I figured I’d better get one for my new phone (iPhone 11 pro Max). I love the color scheme of the “chalk it up” case I purchased. I will say that it took me quite a few times to get the volume switch to work. I had to take the case on and off a couple times and adjust to make it work. The screen does look a little bit like an “oil slick” like others have said which is kind of disappointing- I wish they still made the Nuud cases for this reason. Also, it appears to not close all the way at the very top, which is concerning- but it seems to still work properly.
Overall, it’s a good case but has a few improvement opportunities.

Good case but a concern.
We have had lifeproof cases for several years and for several models of iPhones. The new cases fit perfectly just like we have come to expect from Lifeproof. I will say I wasn’t very happy with the limited color choices. We have noticed over the past couple of phone models that the color choices are becoming more and more limited. Also I am concerned with the new version of charger port cover. It is no longer the door but a flap. It seems kind of flimsy. I am worried after daily use that it may break fairly easily. I imagine it was engineered with wireless charging in mind but for those of us that don’t this could be an issue causing the case to fail prematurely.

Horrible quality
I bought four of these cases for myself and my three sons who also have iPhones. Previously, I had Otterbox cases that lasted forever and I was hoping Lifeproof would learn from their success but these started falling apart almost immediately. The rubbery part around the case deteriorated within months until it was completely gone, leaving only the hard plastic. The flap over the charging port fell off. I wish I could buy the old “military grade” Otterbox case for my phone again. These were incredibly disappointing, especially given the expensive price.

Perfect case!
I've had this case on for the past two weeks, and it has meet or exceeded my expectations in every way. The phone sits well in the case, wireless charging was not disrupted, and the speaker sound through the case is superb. The screen protector does stick a bit, but you don't notice it while using the phone. I also wiped my phone down with a used dryer sheet and eye glass cleaning cloths so no prints would be left on the phone while it lives in this case, and to prevent the plastic screen protector from completely sticking the whole time, and it really did the job! All my iPhones have lived in Lifeproofs, and this case still upholds the quality I've come to expect these last few years.

My phone spent the night in the bottom of Pinecrest lake here in California. I dropped it while paddle boarding. It was recovered a day later by a friend who spotted the phone about 15 ft. deep. Luckily the water was crystal clear and I have the light gray case. My phone was in complete working order no water damage and I was amazed on how the case performed. My friends were also surprised to see my phone in full working condition despite being under water overnight. Just want to say thanks, I will always be a lifeproof owner the product is awesome and I will always have this cool story to tell.
