Rated 3 out of 5 by from Disappointing experience After ordering online and receiving the computer from Warun Ponds it was very evident this was not a brand new item, after contacting Warun Ponds and sending photographs it was agreed that they would get a brand new item sent to the Mt Gambier store where I could return the original item & collect the new one. Whilst the sales person was very helpful and the issue sorted it was a very disappointing start to the experience, in the first instance the item that was sent should never have left the shop, it was obviously a customer return with the computer being marked and not having any of the original software installed, costing me 100GB of my 400GB monthly allowance. Would I buy online again ? Yes but only if it was click and collect so I could see exactly what I was getting.

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 days. Delivery costs are calculated based on your location and the size of your order.
