Rated 2 out of 5 by from Poor product. Extreamly slow warranty Concetp is good however product is a lemon. Noisy under operation with buzzing sound and had an issue which caused fuses to trip. Spent last 3 months dealing with warranty where they claimed incorrect installation as the unit wasnt installed via thier supplementary installation instructions that arnt published. Despite being installed by electrian. Still trying to get the unit fixed with an E39 code on the left side of glass.

Easy to see which elements are needed to be turned on when pan is on cooktop, the digital dial is easy to use to control temperature. Fast and efficient and I love not having knobs that always get dirty. It's so easy to clean. I wonder why I didn't change to induction earlier, beats using gas.

However, we can’t hear the alarms unless we’re up close to the stove. We don’t want them much louder, but they do need to be a bit louder. And we can’t easily discern where to place the saucepans. The rectangles and crosses are too faint.
