Poor product. Extreamly slow warranty
Concetp is good however product is a lemon. Noisy under operation with buzzing sound and had an issue which caused fuses to trip. Spent last 3 months dealing with warranty where they claimed incorrect installation as the unit wasnt installed via thier supplementary installation instructions that arnt published. Despite being installed by electrian. Still trying to get the unit fixed with an E39 code on the left side of glass.

Beko Cooktop
Really happy with this cooktop. It heats up super fast and cooks evenly, which has made everyday cooking so much easier. The flexible zones are great for different pot sizes, and the controls are simple and responsive. The glass surface is really easy to keep clean. Overall, it feels well made and reliable - a solid cooktop that does exactly what you want it to without any fuss.

Super fast and versatile
Well designed and very versatile induction cooktop. Easy to see which elements are needed to be turned on when pan is on cooktop, the digital dial is easy to use to control temperature. Fast and efficient and I love not having knobs that always get dirty. It's so easy to clean. I wonder why I didn't change to induction earlier, beats using gas.

A challenge if hard of hearing and sight
We are finding this induction cooktop easier to navigate than our previous model. However, we can’t hear the alarms unless we’re up close to the stove. We don’t want them much louder, but they do need to be a bit louder. And we can’t easily discern where to place the saucepans. The rectangles and crosses are too faint.

This is an easy to use cooktop. The heat settings are much more gentler than my previous induction cooktop.To date, have had the cooktop since mid December, I am very happy with my decision to purchase this cooktop.

Love love love it!! Still getting used to cooking on it but my god the power and how quick everything cooks is absolutely amazing. Going from waiting 20 minutes for water to boil to only 3 has made my life so easy.
