Rated 5 out of 5 by from You can teach an old dog new tricks! You can teach an old dog new tricks! I have proved it many times! At eighty-five, my daughter encouraged me to purchase an induction top cooker; I bought a 'Beko C60IPAN'. My ceramic top while easy to keep clean, was so slow to heat and possibly less economical by comparison. The induction top is so quick to heat and to manage with no wasted electricity. I have easily managed the digital controls and really enjoy cooking again. The oven is also great and has a timer that is so easy to set I actually use it. The way it works it is easy to cook two dishes at the same temperature which require different timing and have it all ready together. Well done Beko!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from no title It's taking time to understand induction and the heat produced at different numbers – ie, which level is needed for what I'm cooking [but I'll get there!]. The oven is fine; I appreciate that it heats quickly. I'm somewhat disappointed that the cooktop controls are hard to read unless directly illuminated. They disappear in the blackness! Also, because I often cook in a large frypan having the largest cooking area at the back is unsatisfying – it's also tricky when children want to cook for they need to lean over the front 'elements', which is not a good practice. That's about it from me after a couple of weeks [3.5 to 4 stars].

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Upright induction stove First time owning an induction cooktop and I'm loving it. Heats up so quickly, dare I say faster than my old gas cooktop! easy to keep clean too. The oven has heaps of space and the telescopic shelves are great. I love the dial for oven temperature, no guessing where the correct mark is. First cake i cooked came out perfect. Love the baking and grill tray and the pull out storage shelf, down the bottom, it's very handy. Haven't used the cleaning function yet, but it was one of the reasons I bought it. Love the colour of the stove too. Very happy with my purchase, the 5 year warranty is definitely a winner too, (if needed) definitely reccomend buying this brand

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Enjoying it My first time purchasing an induction oven so I made sure I read up on how to use it first. Love the instant control of the temperature and so easy to clean the stove top. Amazed at how quickly water boils in a pot. Telescopic runners in the oven are very useful. Fortunately I had the right kind of pots to start with so they were fine, but needed to purchase a new fry pan. I wanted a big one so made sure it had the correct size induction plate on the bottom of it so it would fit onto the element. Wouldn't go back to any other type of cooktop if given the choice.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from BFC60IPAN Induction top is so easy to keep clean compared to my previous gas top, it’s heating/cooking speed is as quick as gas. Oven is great with two telescopic racks and great accessories/two oven trays, all round very easy/simple operation for both oven and cooktop with plenty of options for oven and the Self cleaning oven option is a huge bonus. Very impressive product and have already recommended it to family and friends.

Likes: Digital adjustments for stovetop (especially the timers - for poaching eggs); slightly mellower stovetop heat settings - better for rice; oven temperature settings; cool oven door glass when using; telescopic shelves. Dislike: Poor stovetop signage - difficult to see in bright reflected light. Curious: oven position #3 (which is always mentioned in the manual for multi-shelf cooking) has only a single rail (rather than twin bars) so, less safe for checking and/or removing hot trays.

Love the simplicity of the controls, huge oven for a freestanding oven, love the power and the economy.The induction cooktop very fast and efficient and easy to clean afterwards, and the oven , man oh man, dual function cleaning, no more caustic oven cleaner spray, has steam shine and pyrolytic. I had never heard of pyrolytic and had to goggle it. Turn it on , let it cool, wipe the inside with a cloth and the oven is like new. You guys are wizards.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Excellent value for money, great features. Very happy with my Beko range. The induction is fast and has good control in the lower range. The addition of a timer function on the elements from an earlier model I had is really nice. I particularly like the telescopic slides in the oven, and the larger than usual capacity. The controls on the oven have been simplified from the earlier model I had, and the knobs move in a reassuringly solid way. Compared to a lot of similarly priced models, and even some more expensive ones, I feel like this oven was great value.

Questions & Answers

Are we able to install i.e. pop it into our own kitchen etc BUT have an electrician do all the wiring. Surely this would not invalidate the warranty? We live rurally so the cost of somebody coming just to place it in our kitchen would be ridiculous!
