Ceramic hobs are fantastic.[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For years I have been cooking using a ceramic hob and it has been impossible to maintain a steady temperature on the elements. I would manually try to control it to maintain the temperature I needed but this was difficult. Finally a friend told me to get it tested and this showed that it actually needed to be replaced. I promptly ordered a new ceramic hob and it is FANTASTIC! I now have full control and can maintain a full range from simmer across all elements.

So Disappointed from
Not working.[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The cooktop is not working. It was purchased for a kitchen renovation at a (vacant) property I was intending to move to. It looks good but it has never been used because when I tried to use it the first time recently it didn't switch on. I am not sure if it has been wired up correctly.

Easy to use, easy to clean, money saver and an attractive design. I honestly can' find any area that could be improved on.I am very happy in all areas.

Not a great buy[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looks good but heating up the pan is very slow and it goes on and off a lot. We are use to gas, so this is new to us but really don’t find it good to cook with. We have the correct pans and it is still very slow and it takes so long to cool down. I wouldn’t recommend.

Cooks well[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The cooktop cooks well, although it takes a bit of getting used to how to control the temperature. It is quite difficult to clean and keep looking shiny, especially around the knobs. The knobs would be better placed at the side.

User friendly cooktopWe purchased this oven because we wanted a no fuss, lo technical (as in proper knobs instead of touch control) we are extremely happy with every function. We have a daughter with a disability so ease of use was very important. We are often discriminated by technology.
We aim to dispatch orders within 2 days. Delivery costs are calculated based on your location and the size of your order. Furniture may take up to 8 weeks to deliver as most products are made specifically for your order. Some Customer Direct products are shipped from overseas and may take longer to arrive. Some goods may take longer to deliver if a product is currently not in stock. A staff member will contact you where this occurs.
Easy returns
If you feel your product has failed a Consumer Guarantee (as defined by New Zealand Consumer Law) then don't worry you can easily return it to your local Harvey Norman store. We'll even pay for the postage if you live in an area where there is no store. Our returns policy covers any purchased item (
