Is it available for Click and Collect?

Click & Collect is not available for refurbished items. You can purchase these products online and have them delivered directly to your chosen address.


What's the difference between refurbished and used devices?

Used devices are usually sold as-is, while refurbished devices are inspected, tested, and repaired if needed before being resold.


Do refurbished devices come with a warranty?

Warranty coverage depends on the product. Please check each product page for details before you buy.


Can I trade in or sell my old device?

You may be able to trade in an eligible, second-hand device through one of our current trade-in programmes and receive Harvey Norman credit to put towards a new purchase. Please note that trade-ins are not currently available for online-only refurbished products. Visit our Trade-In page to explore the latest eligible devices and available offers.


What condition are refurbished devices in?

Each refurbished device is assigned a condition grade, as detailed below:

  • As New: These devices are in perfect condition with no visible scratches or signs of use. They’re professionally tested and inspected to make sure they work just like new.
  • Excellent: These are almost like new, with only small signs of wear. They’re fully tested, and any marks are hardly noticeable.
  • Very Good: Shows moderate signs of wear, such as scratches or scuff marks, but remains fully functional. Each device is thoroughly tested to ensure reliable performance.
  • Good: These show clear signs of use, like scratches, scuffs, or small chips. They’re fully tested and work well, making them a great choice if you care more about performance than looks.

Product Warranty

All devices are thoroughly tested and fully functional, with a minimum 80% battery health. Devices are graded on cosmetic condition and include a 12-month warranty and 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If a covered fault occurs, eligible devices may be repaired, replaced or refunded. Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 also apply.
