The Millennium Pillow by Tempur features a curved edge that is lower in the middle and higher on the sides to provide proper neck alignment whether you sleep on your back or on your side. The forward-tilting edge also gives ideal support to the upper vertebrae and the front edge is tilted forward to cradle your upper vertebrae for superior comfort and therapeutic support there as well.

The soft velour cover is resistant to allergens and mites and is removable for washing.

After years of searching for a pillow that helps ease chronic headaches from neck issues, I finally found this one. I bought my first one about 12 years ago, and I am now on my 3rd. I highly recommend this shape for anyone who had back or neck issues. As soon as you place your head on it, you will feel instant relief, and after the first night's sleep you will wonder why you didn't try this on sooner.

Hi Andrew. Thanks for your question. The height of the pillow changes depending on the size: Small – 54 x 32 x 9.5/5 cm / Medium – 54 x 32 x 11/6 cm / Large - 54 x 32 x 12.5/7 cm These pillows are recommended for back and side sleepers. If possible we suggest going into your local store to try if possible and see which one suits you the best. Hope this helps with your query
