Furniture may take up to 8 weeks to deliver as most products are made specifically for your order. Some Customer Direct products are shipped from overseas and may take longer to arrive. Some goods may take longer to deliver if a product is currently not in stock. I am interested in the type of material that is used to construct your product. Due to having some health conditions I would prefer the product of be constructed with material that will not trigger the conditions.

The bed has a Quilting Comfort Foam which is a high-performance, open-cell comfort foam that is perforated for additional breathability. There is also a Fibre Guard which is a breathable layer that separates the support system and comfort layers for longer life. What is the dimension of the bed (length*width*height), the description on the product isn't clear enough? Also how hard(firm-soft) is the bed because we would prefer the bed to be more firm than soft? Finally, where may I try your product?

Hi Louis. The bed is classed as a medium feel. The double bed dimensions are 1380mm (w) x 1880mm (L) and the mattress is 220mm high. The base is 1380mm (w) x 1880mm (L) and the base is 350mm high. Total height is 570mm. We have displays in many of our stores that sell beds. In Auckland for instance our Wairau Park and Manukau stores have the queen bed on display for you to try. Hi, how tall are the legs? Is there an option to get taller legs as my mobility hoist requires more height than the average bed.

Hi Donna. The standard feet that the base comes with are 100mm and the tallest legs you can order the base with are 150mm. We trust this helps.
