Works as expected, but thunderbolt cord is short
Works as expected, but thunderbolt cord is short. I used this dock with my 16" MacBook Pro. I have it connected to two monitors, while using my MacBook Pro's monitor as a third monitor. Each monitor is used as an extension of the MacBook Pro.
The only complaint I have is the Thunderbolt cord attached to the dock is short. It would be nice if it were twice as long. I have my MacBook on a stand, so the cord is just barely long enough. I had to use a command hook velcro attachment to keep the dock from lifting up.
Otherwise, the dock is perfect. Not too expensive, works as expected.

Works w/Macbook 13", had to reset SMC for T3 port
Had annoying issue w/Dock when I plugged it in that MacBook only recognized it on 1 of the 2 USB-C / T3 ports. Wasn't charging laptop, screens didn't show. I did a Reset of System Mgmt Control (SMC):
Shutdown,
hold Ctrl+Option+Shift for 7 secs,
hold powerbutton (ie all 4 keys) for 7 seconds,
then turn back on.
Now all working fine.
I don't blame Belkin for this, my MacBook did the same thing w/other adapter -- it just stopped working on one port, then stopped working on the other.
Funny part is that it looks like you're not doing anything, but it definitely resets those ports.
Very happy to have a couple big displays!!!

Nice portable dock, could use a few improvements
I purchased this dock while in search of an affordable TB3 dock for my work laptop during WFH. This was the most affordable one I could find from a reputable brand.
Pros:
Ability to power from either USB-C cable or the laptop itself
Plentiful ports
Ability to do 4K 60Hz
Compact size
Cons:
Hardwired and somewhat short TB3 cable
Max 60W power delivery
Have experienced some occasional flakiness when booting the laptop where HDMI doesn't come up. Requires unplug and replug in most instances.
No power button. I dock the laptop in a vertical dock which keeps it closed and a power button to wake the laptop would be perfect.

OK dock, Ethernet bug killed my internet
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dock performed okay for a few weeks, then started bringing down the internet for my entire apartment complex, Belkin couldn't ever figure out why. Other than that, I felt the integrated cable limited me too much as the dock could never be more than a few inches from my laptop, this made the dock sit in the middle of my desk with cords hanging out every way. If this is your only option, it will proabably work fine, but I'd recommend finding another product if at all possible. Coil whine is also a major issue for sensitive ears like mine.

Essential for working from home
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use a Lenovo Laptop at work with a docking station. When working from home I was missing the necessary ports for other devices. This dock makes connecting to multiple periphery devices and monitor very easy.
It is also small enough to be portable.
Even with working from home, I was able to setup a similar office space as at work and in order to use it I only have to connect one cable from the docking station to my laptop.
However, one issue I ran into is that when I connect the dock to the power supply, all devices connected to the front USB plugs stop working.

Close but missed a few things
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered this device thinking it would eliminate a lot of adapters I was carrying along with my 2019 MacBook Pro. Unfortunately if I intend to use this I will still need to carry quite a few adapters. I found this device does not work with the external USB Apple Superdrive CD/DVD. My Mac reports that the device is not powered when plugged into one of the USB ports on the device even though the device itself is plugged into a 60 Watt USB-C power supply. I wasn't able to test the DisplayPort as I have no monitors or cables to facilitate that. It would be nice if the device allowed for connection of an SD card. I also found the device bulky for using with my MacBook Pro on my lap, but it works well sitting on a table or desk.

Not what I was expecting - or hoping for!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received the new device - While it has a number of good connections HDMI and 2 USB...it did not have a power cord or plug to connect the device to my MacBook Pro....?? I did use my MacBook Pro power connection and it appeared to work...however when I tried to connect my portable Apple Super Drive via USB - it would not work. Also my MacBook computer gave me a pop-up that indicated there was no power connected to run the Super Drive. Tried this a number of times and it would not power up the drive.

Problems with GigabitEthernet port
Positives: Thunderbolt 3 2nd generation (Titan Ridge), which allows up to 8K @30fps or 5K @60fps out of a single DP port. Therefore, DP version here is DP1.4, which is still rare. To take advantage of the DP1.4 resolutions (8K @30fps or 5K @60fps), you must have a 15" MacBook Pro (2018-2019), 16" MacBook Pro (2019), MacBook Air (2020) or 13" MacBook Pro (2020) with a 10th generation CPU. Any other MacBook Pros will not support higher resolutions out of one DP1.4 port on this dock and will be limited with 4K @60Hz. Even the 13" 2020 MacBook Pros with the 8th generation CPU will be limited to 4K@60Hz (due to the integrated iGPU that doesn't support DP1.4 in one stream).
Negatives: The GigabitEthernet port is flaky and the speed is all over the place. If you need reliable and fast GigabitEthernet out of this dock, then forget it.
More Negatives: Others report similar issues with USB-3 ports on the dock that provide flaky connectivity and unreliable connection speeds. I didn't test that, but I can tell you that when I plugged in an 8GB Transcend USB3 flash drive in to a USB3 port on this dock, it mounted as a USB3 device, but after only about 10 minutes of being plugged in to the USB3 port on the dock, the USB connector on the flash drive was hot to the touch.
I think this dock has cooling problems, which affects the consistency of the GigabitEthernet and the USB port speeds. On the other hand, the DP1.4 port worked flawlessly, and the connected 5K monitor was able to go to sleep and wake up together with the Mac as expected.
