Rated 5 out of 5 by from I wear hearing aids and I wear hearing aids and have always had a problem hearing callers . With my open comm, not only can I hear every word clearly, but when I listen to music, I hear tones I haven't been able to hear in decades. Plus, they are so comfortable, I completely forget I'm even wearing it. When people ask me about them, I tell them how much they've helped me and that if they give them a try, they'd never go back to the more traditional types of ear buds or headphones. Every person I've recommended these to that has gotten them, has thanked me so much for introducing them to them, and has told me how much better their phone conversations or listening to music with them has made their lives much better.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Magnetic Charging Cable for AfterShokz OpenComm Bone Conduction Headset LOVE my AfterShokz OpenComm. In fact, I use them all day, every day. In fact, this is my 3rd AfterShokz headset, following two (2) Trekz Titanium headsets. However, a 2’ long charging cable, for any electronic device, is not practical. Please offer a 6’ and 10’ version, as utilized by the telephones, computers and tablets that these headsets connect with. My experience has been that my headset has to charge on the floor, while my phone charges on my desk. I cannot even safely charge in the car without the headset falling on the floor. Please, offer a better charging option.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love these things These are incredible. I use them all the time - barely notice they’re on my person. Sound is very clear and the boom mic seems to avoid excess ambient noise pretty well. I had used noise cancelling and sound isolation headphones before but these are far better, because you can hear your ambient sounds unimpeded. If I am in a loud environment is can block my ears and hear just fine. Also works with my bicycle helmet. I have yet to try these with my lawn mower but am not too concerned as they have proven to be so good in every use case I’ve come up with so far. I use these for audiobooks, music, phone calls, work calls, and I’ll concede that the sound might not be quite as robust as high end head phones, but I don’t care. They sound great to me - can’t imagine using anything else.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from OpenComm has greatly improved my OpenComm has greatly improved my experience with conductive hearing. I used to hear complaints about my voice on phone calls. Since I started using OpenComm I have not had a single call mention not being able to understand me. And that is a huge improvement. The mic also softens the ambient noice around me during calls. Not one complaint about that either. Great device. And I love the magnetic charge cable. I did learn I need more than one cable to have one when I am on a trip.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not perfect, but fully functional The cable works fine but i was really hoping that in ordering a replacement cable for my opencomm that it would be the original equipment style that came out of the back of the port parallel to the neck band. I liked that feature because it would allow me to charge the headset on a flat surface. The replacement cable That was delivered is the older style cable that comes off of the back of the port perpendicular to the neckband causing it to sit awkwardly

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Just What I Needed Just wanted an extra cable for charging at home. It's longer than the original, so it's much better. The innovation of the opencomm headset is just what I needed. The open ear concept allows me to continually wear my headset without bother of removal and having to keep up with them. They are great for both work and play. Being in construction work, they allow me to use necessary ear protection. The noise canceling microphone puts it over the top.

I strongly prefer not to wear over ear headphones, particularly if they are binaural, so the AfterShokz technology is exactly what I was looking for. I’m very pleased with the sound produced through bone conduction, the super light weight of the headset, and the boom microphone on the Comm model. Also, I wear glasses full time and there’s no problem wearing the AfterShokz. I cannot imagine going back to any other type of headset. Thanks!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Multi-Connect does not work properly I've been trying for months to get my headset to work properly with my Windows 11 laptop and my Android Pixel 7 Pro - both newer technologies that should have no issues whatsoever... However, I am now in a situation where if I want to use my headphones, I need to reboot them, unjoin each device and rejoin each device and MAYBE then things work right. This is way way way too much fussing around to use these otherwise great headphones
