Perfect mouse for daily use
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned my MX Vertical for years and I have been extremely happy with it. The quality of the mouse is good, with daily use it has worn down a little bit but is still very comfortable. The ergonomic shape of the mouse is perfect, I can use it all day with ease. Battery life is also good as I only need to charge it once every few months, and I just use it corded while it charges. The Logitech software is what really unlocks this mouse. I had different functions and sensitivities for all my programs. Overall excellent mouse and I would buy again in a heartbeat.

Relieves Wrist Strain with Great Connectivity
I previously had the Microsoft Sculpt Ergonomic mouse, which was a great change from a regular mouse, but was starting to get some fatigue in the wrist after a year or so of use. After some research, and deciding that a joystick mouse wasn't for me, this was the highest reviewed option. I wasn't disappointed, the wrist angle is great, the sensitivity button has already come in handy, and being Bluetooth instead of having to use a dongle (though it does come with one) is exactly what I was after. Extra benefit is that you can pair up to 3 devices and use the press of a button to switch between controlling them.

Very comfortable and natural feeling mouse
It looks weird, but it feels fantastic to use! The angle at which you use more traditional mice feels alien and uncomfortable to me now after having used this one for a few weeks, and so—except for when gaming—I'm going to keep using this mouse for the foreseeable future.
I suppose my only really complaint might be the scroll wheel. There's nothing wrong with it per se, but if it were practical to do so it'd be nice to see Logitech include the MagSpeed scroll wheel that they have on the MX Master 3s in future versions of this mouse.

Angle is the only good thing
Ergonomic palm position is the only good thing about this mouse. Bit disappointed with lack of features and functions for such high price.
Forward backward buttons badly placed and cannot be clicked without unintentionally clicking on select buttons. Absence of hyper fast scrolling sucks.

Great ergonomic mouse but little on the heavy side
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this mouse a while ago and have been using it since. It’s great in terms of the ergonomic design. However due to the increase profile of the mouse naturally the mouse feel heavier, hence after using a while your hands get tired beyond the weight. I previously used a mx master mouse and it has the similar heavier feeling. In saying that I would still recommend using this for work or day to day stuff - save your wrist from the mouse syndrome. You might just need a second mouse for travel or gaming etc.

The best mouse for anyone.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After discovering some wrist mobility issues at CrossFit, my trainer suggested I try one of these vertical mouse (mice?!?) and it has made a world of difference to both my wrist flexibility but also to how my wrist feels at the end of a the working day. There’s no pain because my wrist is in a neutral position all day long.
I reckon I’ve suggested and converted about 10 people to using this kind of mouse in the last year. I keep one at work, and one at home. Absolutely recommend.

Both good and not good
The online buying experience is good, but with this kind of product I wish I can try to see if it fits my hand or not. Recently bought it but it didn't fit my hand. So just leave it around the corner.

Easy returns
If you feel your product has failed a Consumer Guarantee (as defined by New Zealand Consumer Law) then don't worry you can easily return it to your local Harvey Norman store. My mouse has stopped working ... I think maybe it needs a new rechargable battery. Can you supply a new rechargable battery? How much $?
Great question Deva. The charge is designed to last 4 months before requiring re-charge, depending on use. These batteries are not designed to be replaced easily, and require a bit of work on the underneath of the unit to do so. We sadly do not supply replacement batteries for this and Logitech do not advise this information.
