Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect mouse for daily use [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned my MX Vertical for years and I have been extremely happy with it. The quality of the mouse is good, with daily use it has worn down a little bit but is still very comfortable. The ergonomic shape of the mouse is perfect, I can use it all day with ease. Battery life is also good as I only need to charge it once every few months, and I just use it corded while it charges. The Logitech software is what really unlocks this mouse. I had different functions and sensitivities for all my programs. Overall excellent mouse and I would buy again in a heartbeat.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Relieves Wrist Strain with Great Connectivity I previously had the Microsoft Sculpt Ergonomic mouse, which was a great change from a regular mouse, but was starting to get some fatigue in the wrist after a year or so of use. After some research, and deciding that a joystick mouse wasn't for me, this was the highest reviewed option. I wasn't disappointed, the wrist angle is great, the sensitivity button has already come in handy, and being Bluetooth instead of having to use a dongle (though it does come with one) is exactly what I was after. Extra benefit is that you can pair up to 3 devices and use the press of a button to switch between controlling them.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great ergonomic mouse but little on the heavy side [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this mouse a while ago and have been using it since. It’s great in terms of the ergonomic design. However due to the increase profile of the mouse naturally the mouse feel heavier, hence after using a while your hands get tired beyond the weight. I previously used a mx master mouse and it has the similar heavier feeling. In saying that I would still recommend using this for work or day to day stuff - save your wrist from the mouse syndrome. You might just need a second mouse for travel or gaming etc.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After discovering some wrist mobility issues at CrossFit, my trainer suggested I try one of these vertical mouse (mice?!?) and it has made a world of difference to both my wrist flexibility but also to how my wrist feels at the end of a the working day. There’s no pain because my wrist is in a neutral position all day long. I reckon I’ve suggested and converted about 10 people to using this kind of mouse in the last year. I keep one at work, and one at home. Absolutely recommend.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Too big I've been using this mouse now for 8 days and my wrist is in pain. Unfortunately this mouse is too large for my hand and I have to stretch and keep it in an uncomfortable position all the time. In the Logitech online store it states that this device is for large and medium sized hands, but this little detail unfortunately is not mentioned on the Harvey Norman website. I will be looking to return it soonest to try the Logitech Lift Vertical, which is smaller.

Trust me when I say this product is a mist have for people that easily develop wrist pain like myself. Whilst getting used to it takes a little while, it is by far one of the best things you can buy to help correctly position your wrist to prevent further pain. Would 100% recommend this product if you are have similar wrist problems as myself.

It is comfortable and easy to use, fits into ones hand well and only took 15 mins or so to get used to. I’d recommend this mouse to anyone struggling with a traditional mouse as it’s remarkable the difference it’s made in my life.

My mouse has stopped working ... I think maybe it needs a new rechargable battery. Can you supply a new rechargable battery? How much $?

Great question Deva. The charge is designed to last 4 months before requiring re-charge, depending on use. These batteries are not designed to be replaced easily, and require a bit of work on the underneath of the unit to do so. We sadly do not supply replacement batteries for this and Logitech do not advise this information.
