It has 2 m2 SSD slots and 2 ddr5 ram slots if you want to upgrade it. Has a perfect sized track pad and the keyboard has num pad as well.

I cannot run anything too powerful for example final fantasy 14 online, it’ll work but it will run hard and you’ll end up burning it out. But using it for every day work and basic games it’s a speedy and efficient little device.

Thanks for your question. Any cooling systems would be housed in the casing. Acer have their own support and service, and tampering could impact warranty if performed outside authorised service channels. Have a chat with your local store Tech Bay, and they can assist further. ^CO
