Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Versatile This is a fantastic screen! Great for small living spaces as it can be used as a TV (with a remote!) and can be used as a extra screen with your laptop, so great for work. The stand hides the cords, and it is very sleek. Love it ;-p

Rated 4 out of 5 by from overall good monitor but there are some issues. I have been using this monitor for about 2 to 3 months. Everything has been pretty decent. But there are a few things that I don't like about this monitor the first and biggest issue that I have is the adaptive picture mode. It is very unstable, the screen sometimes become really bright in dark conditions, and turns very yellowish in light conditions. This get annoying and disrupt my work flow. secondly, the speakers aren't that great thirdly, the mic for this monitor is terrible. Of course, most monitors probably don't even have a mic built in. But it still would be nice if they added a nicer mic. lastly, even though the adjustable stand is high quality, but the cable that connects to my mac mini is poorly designed. It is way too long and hits and stand, which makes it difficult to adjust the height.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Solid Monitor [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have been using for approx 6 months and overall happy with the monitor. Primary use as a work monitor but have utilized the entertainment functionality occasionally. For work - Size, picture and brightness are great, however the webcam cannot be angled lower due to the design which means you are framed weirdly in teams meetings. A let down as the quality is far better than the internal laptop cam. Apps like Netflix/prime video etc work as any other tv. The picture quality and brightness down blow you away (wouldn’t use it as primary display/tv) but as a mixed use display in an office has been a great improvement over standard monitor.

I am a designer and photographer by professional and knowing Samsung by the great reputation in monitors I have got this to be able to see if can satisfy my media and professional needs. Media needs are met 100% but quality of colours, contrast and sharpness to use it as for producing graphics is not there yet but it is showing that maybe in near future the next model will be covering this side as well as media.

I was thinking I would need to get a 5K display to get the definition and clarity I needed on a monitor this size but after reading lots of reviews and trialling in store I decided to take a chance with this monitor to use as a second display for my laptop. The colours did require some tweaking to get the accurate skin tone I needed without over saturating but it was quick and simple to do and now I am extremely happy. I have saved so much for such a satisfying outcome. My tip - for the best definition connect your laptop using the USB C cord and set it up as a 'PC' rather than connecting via Bluetooth. The ability to stream without a computer connected is nice too.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great monitor for designing! Great monitor! I use it for design work and like the brightness and vibrancy of colours. The design of it is quite sleek and attractive (I bought it in white). I also like being able to login to streaming services and watch TV using the remote. The only con is that the colour vibrancy changes if looking up or down at the monitor - you'll see colours accurately when looking at it straight on. It took me a while to realise this when I was setting it up and thought the calibration was off!

However, the built & image quality when compare to a iMac or Studio monitor and you quickly realise you get what you paid for. This is not a monitor for professional editing if you're thinking buying it for. It feels plastic and flimsy. But the upside is its light. Overall, good monitor for everyday use. I hope future release can improve on image quality.
