Rated 5 out of 5 by from Exceptional service....outstanding product I could not get the item prior to Christmas in the North Island. I found one in Ashburton. The customer service from the young man was awesome, he helped with sorting out Genoa Pay, guided me through the steps which a totally appreciated. I was kept fully up to date with my items shipping, right up to my door. I would not hesitate to recommend dealing with Harvey Norman. Item was also fabulous, but I knew that as I have one. My son was the lucky soul who received one for Xmas. Saves him borrowing mine. A++++++++++++++++++++

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Disappointed with Kaiser Baas lack of support Unfortunately it appears that Kaiser Baas does not support its customers or its product and will not or does not respond to questions regarding the product. Cannot find an app that will work with this product, states that there is a downloadable App, will not work on either Android phone we have, and no response from Kaiser Baas to any communications we initiated via their web site or via Harvey Norman. We were going to purchase a 2nd unit but not now. What a shocking company.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome wifi router! Once set up this router (Netgear RAX80 Nighthawk AX6000) was and is fantastic! My two biggest issues were lag and dead zones - problem solved instantly. Would recommend swapping out the ISP router in a heart beat now knowing the performance. Currently running 13 devices an the laptop I'm currently on, averages 300+ Mbps. I am stoked!!! Highly recommend it. Worth every cent

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic customer service Due to a supply issue nation wide for the Apple Mac book pro 16" I found one through Harvey Norman Mt Mangawhai. The customer service from the whole team, from the person who answered the phone to the gentleman who processed my order it was seamless and stress free. I received the parcel in a next day delivery and I live rural so that was a real bonus.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy Shopping Shopping Made Easy, well my son was far away from home and in need of a computer, I was able to get him the one he chose well he was instore, and I was miles away at home. Staff was so easy to communicate with and i felt safe paying though the Harvey Norman Link. With in 1 hour my son had his computer in ha d walking out the door.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Five Star Features Specifically was looking for an Eco tank Printer that could print out A3 size photos and the Epson ET 8550 was the ONLY printer available that met the requirements. It was out of stock nationwide though so had to wait over a month. Had a sweet deal with Harvey Norman though so made it more worth the wait!

I purchased the Lenovo IdeaPad Flex 5 2-in-1 AMD Ryzen5 16GB-RAM 512GB-SSD laptop, a 27inch Lenovo monitor screen and a logi wireless keyboard and mouse. I am beyond happy with the service I received from Paras at the Wairau Park store and very happy with all of the products. My work setup is great!

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 days. Delivery costs are calculated based on your location and the size of your order. Furniture may take up to 8 weeks to deliver as most products are made specifically for your order. Some Customer Direct products are shipped from overseas and may take longer to arrive. Some goods may take longer to deliver if a product is currently not in stock.
