Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love it. It is very sleek. The design is bea... I love it. It is very sleek. The design is beautiful in my opinion. I love all the features such as the lights and touch screen. It prints very well but I do think it would use a lot of ink if you had to print more than 60 sheets a month. We use it now and then as we aren't always working from home. We did use HP instant ink, it works out really well priced and your ink comes every month. I love that it is a smart printer. It calculates how much ink you need by the amount of paper you print each month. Definitely think we will continue to use. The print quality for photos is also very impressive. All in all great printer!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from We had an older printer set up on a unit and i... We had an older printer set up on a unit and it was an absolute eyesore out in the open like this. This one is the ideal size for our unit so its now tucked away. This one has an actual paper tray which means you dont have to have paper sticking out the top. It doesnt have a display screen of own to let you set it up so that is all done on the app. This is simple enough but you cannot have it linked to more than one account. Would be nice if you could so you could each pay for your own ink or simiar. Other than that this printer is awesome. 20 mins after set up and it was prinitng

Rated 1 out of 5 by from The worst printer ever I bought this six months ago, and initially it seemed easy to setup, although frustrating that I needed to create a hp online account to use a printer. Since then it regularly had issues connecting to wifi, and it's spend hours trying to get it going, I'd be able to communicate with the printer using the app on my phone, and get it to print out status reports, but not my documents. The same on the computer, I could get status of the ink, but when i tried to print, suddenly it couldn't find the printer. I have worked as an IT tech, so I'm not naive around networking, but I literally have just chucked this printer in the bin as I couldn't handle the frustration anymore. I know the specs sound good, and the price is right, but for your sanity, please avoid it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Perfect for home use Easy to set-up and the software installation is fairly easy as well. Print quality is not bad, you can't compare this with professional/commercial printer of course. I only had slight issue with ink replacement as HP+ will only send you replacement ink cartridge(s) when yours is running low, so if you are in between printings, you will be left with no ink (based on HP+ subscription mechanism). Although ink replacement should be easy, the hardware and software just refuse to read the new ink and I ended up spending 45 mins on the phone with the technical team to resolve the matter. Otherwise, pretty good printer.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Previously had a all in one printer scanner wi... Previously had a all in one printer scanner with touch screen built onto the printer. I kept getting asked how to use. Now replaced with the HP 6432e I have setup the HP smart app on everyone's phone and so far has been no questions and everyone is using. The instant ink is a handy solution so i dont have to keep an eye on ink levels, thats now HP`s responsibility. this way i dont get asked by my daughter at 11pm in the evening to print out homework only to find no ink Small footprint and basic design so tucks away easily onto a desk

All functions with this printer are activated via the HP Smart App which did take me a little time to become used to as my previous printer worked direct from my laptop or smartphone. This was particularly the case when scanning as there are a range of settings to go through and select. Just take time to carefully choose the appropriate settings to avoid disappointment. That said the 6420 works swiftly and produces excellent quality prints and photos. The auto document feeder is a great extra feature.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A good buy Very pleased with this purchase which was a replacement for my old HP printer which had served me well for several years before losing its wi-fi capability. The ENVY 6432e has, so far, exceeded my expectations. Setting up was very simple and it worked straight out of the box, following some simple instructions to get it on line. Print quality is very good with sharp clear images on both text and photos. I particularly like the automatic two side printing feature which is saving a lot of paper (my old printer required manual turning with separate printed page explaining how to turn the page! This was too cumbersome to bother using) The printer came with 9 months free instant ink which is a real bonus. This required signing up to the instant ink subscription starting after the 9 month free period but I was happy with this as the subscription service is both convenient and should work out cheaper. The subscription cartridges are much bigger and longer lasting. All in all, This appears to be a very good printer and I would recommend it for home use.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Replacement Printer My old but reliable printer had to be replaced as it was not compatible with Windows 11. New printer took a while to set up having not had a wifi printer before. A user manual would have been useful to learn about the new features not available on my old printer. Downloaded the manual online but decided to just retain it online and not print off the 136 pages! Overall, a much quieter printer and, so far, found the print quality excellent. Have always been pleased with HP quality of products and this does not disappoint. Great printer at a great price, well done the HP team!
