Perfect for home document needs
Beautifully compact and multi-functionsl this wifi colour printer has been perfect. Easy to set-up and straightforward also if you wish to use it from the mobile app. We've found it quick to respond whether scanning, printing or copying. Scanning is easy and flexible (ADF option if scanning multiple pages). Print quality is good for an ink jet and we're glad for the economy an ink jet provides. The mobile phone app works well and is easy to use providing extra convenience. This has been an absolute improvement over the old ink cartridge printer which was unresponsive, slow and had relatively poor print quality. Glad not to be needing to purchase ink cartridges every other print. Highly recommend for frequent low to medium volume black/ colour print jobs eg. School, home office needs.

Not for Home office
Purchased a week ago Not Ideal if you do a lot of printing or for home office use. paper tray can only hold small amount of paper. We keep getting trouble printing, and doesn't connect with Mac. it works okay with windows but still having trouble printing. We need to purchase a new one again that is better than this one

Fast colour ink printer/ scanner
It works great straight out of the box. Compliments my Brother laser b&w printer and is almost as fast as laser. Quite a pleasant surprise.
This is my first ink tank type inkjet and when left ON it keeps the system primed for next time you use it. I have had a number of inkjet printers, this is the best so far.

Great multifunction colour printer

Overall happy, but...
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall happy with the product. The print quality and speed are excellent. Set up was easy. But the ink door falls open easily and the power cord pops out of its socket if you are not careful. It is also loud.

DCP-T780DW Printer
I was told that this printer could print double sided which it cannot, the ink door constantly opens and you need to close it and then press a button to clear it so you can print etc. I must say for the price its not worth it. dissapointed
