Rated 2 out of 5 by from printer up date not available Printer setup was ok however when I was prompted to update printer using the pass key on the back of printer the system would not recognize/validate pass key. I have still not updated it and am frustrated that this has happened. I also believe colour copying could be better.

I have had printers from other manufacturers but later found that Brother printers are more robust and dependable. I would definitely recommend to my friends.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible A3 function Switched out my last A3 brother printer and because they have downsized this model it doesn't automatically take A3 . So you have to feed it from behind. This is not satisfactory at all and in fact fails. Leaving you unable to physically print A3

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Printer! Reliable and Fast! Printer is very reliable and very quick at printing. Good quality prints for a home office too. Only let downs being you can't scan double sided A3 even though website says it can. And to load A3 paper for printing you must extend out the bottom tray so the printer is not as ideally compact as one would think but it still provides a good option for a home office printing solution!

I would recommend this brother Printer to any small or medium business of any type. Brother What a great Job my best printer ever

This is the first time I have purchased a Brother printer, but I am so impressed that I have recommended it to all my family.
