Rated 5 out of 5 by from Most comfortable seat I have ever owned It may be the most comfortable chair I have ever used, and that includes my previous chair by Secretlab. I am 5'7" and 235lbs. So I always have a problem with chairs that support my weight don't work for my short legs. It can be quite a funny scene. So I have rarely found office or game chairs to be comfortable. Most end up hurting my back or my butt. However, this chair is something else. The assembly was another thing that was excellent. It took me around 20 minutes, and most of that was just getting everything out of a well-organized and packed box.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Comfy seat but lumbar support is a joke Sturdy, built well, and the seat cushion feels good. But the lumbar support is a joke. It feels like you’re leaning against someone’s arm, not a gradual smooth curve. When you dial back the lumbar support you the feel the seam from the top of the support, which feels like your shirt is bunched up in that spot the whole time. Such a shame.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good chair but not great I bought the chair almost a year ago. It is holding up very well. I am a big guy, about 6'2" and weigh about 300 lbs. The downsides that I see with the chair are 1: the arm rests are very hard. I bought memory foam pads which have helped a lot. 2: there is a lot of slop in all the joints. Arm rest sways almost an inch from the locked position side to side. Seat will rock an inch or more when locked. 3: the spring for the seat is very weak when it is not locked. I have tightened as much as it will go and there is still no resistance. 4: The seat foam could be a little thicker. It is ok for a few hours of use but gets a little uncomfortable long term. Overall, it's a good chair but it could be much better though, especially for the money.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Received the product well installed it and is using it.I finished the installation without difficulty after watching the official YouTube video for about 10 to 15 minutes.l am 171 cm tall and l ordered the XL size.After siting for about 10 minutes, l thought it was a good idea to change chairs. l have a bad back, but it feels like its holding my waist, and its neither too hard nor too soft.It's a comfortable chair right away.Thank you for taking good care of me as requested.The classic maroon color can be thought of as a general burgundy color.lt is diferent from the color shown in the photo. Dark! Sell a lot of good chairs!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Arm rests leave much to be desired The overall support and adjustment of the seat and back is great for me. But the arm cushions may as well be soft cut granite. When using a gamepad especially, my arms go numb after a few minutes. I'm going to need some sort of thin arm pads to go over these. Plus they don't adjust narrow enough for me. I've got them moved in as far as they will go and it still is not enough.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from One big downside the cut outs in the top Ive had the chair for about a month its a well built solid chair the only thing i can say bad about it is the completely unnecessary cut out in the top stick out and dig into your shoulders if youre a shorter person this might not be an issue but at 6'1 it is very annoying.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best chair in the game! I was skeptical about buying a chair that costs this much but man am I glad I did. The packaging was absolutely top notch. It actually took me longer to take it out of the box than it did to assemble it was that well packed. Setup was a breeze. Took about 25 minutes. I sat on it and was instantly satisfied with the purchase. It is super comfortable and very sturdy. I got the XL version due to recommendation with my height and weight. I can see this chair lasting for years to come. Would recommend this to anyone!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from High quality chair, I love it Quick processing. Ordered Christmas Eve and arrived on New Years Eve. Chair seems high quality and is very comfortable. Assembly was also very straightforward and quick. AndaSeat has a YouTube video on it that is under 2 minutes long and easy to follow. I absolutely love the recline feature, and you won't find it in most office chairs. And most gaming chairs don't have a seat this plush, soft, and comfortable. I am very pleased with my purchase and can highly recommend the Kaiser 3. Thanks AndaSeat.
