The lumbar pillow and head/neck pillows are super comfortable. Chair has plenty of adjustments to suit everyone's preferences. The material is super nice. It seems really heavy duty and spill resistant. I definitely recommend this chair!

I was looking for a new gaming chair that would provide comfort and stability. This chair arrived in a large box with all components well packaged to ensure they would not be damaged (I commented to my son about the packaging as we were opening it to put it together). The manual was solid and provided very clear build directions. We built the chair together and I have been enjoying the comfort ever since. This chair has exceeded my expectations for quality. I'm very happy i found this chair.

There were tons of postive reviews on andaseats. So I gave them a tried and was very impressed by their quality. The chair is build solid with a thick seat cushion. Very high quality seats. Wish they would make gaming desk.

The seat is nice and comfy, not too tall or short and has a sense of weight and sturdiness to it that is a nice touch. Definitely a great upgrade that I hope lasts for many years to come

The only small gripe I have with my chair is the 5D armrests stick out too far for my setup. Wish I could move them back more or had gotten the 4D armrests. Overall a great chair so far!
