• 4 GHz & Bluetooth Connection: Experience peak gaming performance on the fly with the 2.4 GHz wireless connection boasting a rapid 1000 Hz polling rate. For seamless multitasking across your computer, phone, and tablet, you can effortlessly connect the V1 Max via Bluetooth 5.1 to three devices.
• An Epic Core Inside the Keyboard: A powerful ARM architecture MCU equipped with 256K Flash will provide more flexibility for developers. The polling rate is 1000 Hz right out of the box, which makes the latency hardly noticeable even in competitive games.
• OSA Profile Double-shot PBT Keycaps: These double-shot PBT keycaps have a similar height to the OEM profile and have an SA-like shape. We named it the OSA (OEM spherical angled) keycap. The PBT keycaps will provide excellent oil resistance, enhance the type of feel, and prevent the legends from fading out.
• Switch Layouts Between macOS & Windows: Built with the Mac users™ experience in mind while still retaining compatibility for Windows devices, the Keychron V1 Max comes with a system toggle and an additional set of customised keycaps for both Windows and macOS systems. You can now save two different layouts on the keyboard, one for each system.
• Gasket Mount Design: By adopting a gasket mount design along with a PC (Polycarbonate) plate, the V1 Max reduces acoustic resonance, delivering a softer and quieter typing experience with enhanced flexibility.
• Program V1 Max with QMK & VIA: With full QMK and VIA support, you can easily program and remap each key on the keyboard. Open-source firmware means endless possibilities for keyboard layouts, shortcuts, backlight effects, even the knob, and more. Get the V1 Max keymap working on VIA*.
• Hot-Swappable Feature: The hot-swappable sockets are mounted on the PCB, so you can install or change the switches without soldering. The PCB supports both 3-pin and 5-pin MX mechanical switches.
• South-facing RGB LED Lights: The south-facing RGB LED is designed to better illuminate the keyboard backlight from the typist angle with the premium non-shine-through PBT keycaps installed. The south-facing RGB is also free from interference when users install OEM or Cherry-profile alternative keycaps on the keyboard.
• Gateron Jupiter Switch: Our exclusive Gateron Jupiter mechanical switch**comes with a 3-pin design, it's pre-lubed with a reliable Gateron quality standard with up to 80 million keystrokes lifespan. Their unique LED diffuser design offers high RGB backlight transmittance and a softer backlight effect. The banana switch provides an early tactile bump at the top with a uniquely smooth experience, similar to those Panda switches on the market.
• Screw-In PCB Stabilisers: Even a small part matters for your fingertips' feel. We’ve integrated the PCB-mounted screw-in stabilisers for a smoother typing experience with less wobbliness on the big keys, such as the space bar, shift, enter, and delete. The Keychron V1 Max also supports third-party screw-in PCB stabilisers.

Please download the appropriate keymap JSON file below, open VIA, turn on "Show Design tab" on "Settings" tab, and drag the JSON file into the “Design” tab on VIA to get the V1 Max keymap working on VIA.
