Rated 4 out of 5 by from printer ink it is soooooooooooo helpful to be able to order by online process, and receive within a day or two, because my printer doesn't always tell me when i'm reaching empty and that could mean "disaster" for me - that service is a major help. the product of course is just fine - it always is satisfactory except i wish i could print more pages. it is rather costly if one does a lot of printing - the nature of the beast i suppose. thanks much

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Service Great - Cartridges Empty Quickly The HP Service is the absolute best! I want to make sure that's upfront. The HP printer I have is now old, and having to replace the ink cartridges frequently is very costly for me. I'm not even doing any high res or full color printing. I think it's time to start shopping around for a different HP printer and hopefully they have ink cartridges that last longer to stretch my dollars.
