Rated 2 out of 5 by from not enough ink I've been using printers for many years now, making calenders, cards letters, etc. this is the worse ink cartridge I ever used. I hate this printer the HP photo Premium. I am afraid to do anything with it as it runs out of ink so fast. These cartridges are lousy, but I feel I have no choice at this time. In the future I will be looking for a new printer after much research.

I ordered the 564 black ink cartridge because thats what was required but there was nothing to tell me there were two different 564 black cartridges. I only found this out after spending about an hour online going to various forums and found literally hundreds of complaints. This was after opening the package and attempting to install the cartridge. No more HP products for me. I just wonder how many times something like this has happened with other HP products.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Required cartridge Installed cartridge, however, cartridge did not show as being full - appears cartridges are not being properly filled. My older printer which this replaces are 2 cartridges one for color and one for black - printer 970cse. Cartridges seem to not last as long as they should.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not impressed I have 3 HP printers and got this Photosmart D5460 to keep it close to my desk for printing invoices and receipts, but I'm really disappointed with the short lifespan these 564 ink cartridges have. My network printer (Photosmart C6150) uses 02 ink cartridges and I get a much longer lifespan out of those. Then I have my little Photosmart 335 photo printer with one little tricolor 97 cartridge outlasting the 5 separate 564 ink cartridges, which really bugs me. I tried the 564XL and they are OK but cost so much more. I'm just not impressed with this predicament at all.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from WIRELESS EPRINT At least every two months my wireless printer goes off line and it takes me hours (sometimes) of reintalling it to get it working again. Also the many anoying "POP UP WINDOWS" it throughs up when I am in the middle of working is just not right, I wish I could turn them off !!! I do not need to be reminded to buy ink every few minutes, once theses windows start they just don't stop !! Plus the ink cart. are way to small and expencive!!! Also the "PHOTO BLACK INK" is hard to order your web store is very vauge on this product!! I have ordered this and gotten the large "Regular Black Ink" many times, in fact I have enough of the reg. ink to last me several years because of this. I will never buy a wireless printer again!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Photo Black is the wrong size This Ink Cartridge my say 564 but it's to small to fit in my print for the black. Photo black is the as small as the color cartridge and won't fit in the slot for the black. I had to go and purchase one from a retail store and paid more.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I ordered two and only one worked. I was running out of photo black ink and the quality of print was poor. I ordered two cartridges. It took almost a month for delivery. The delivery hit at least six states before I received it. I removed the old cartridge and put in the new on. The print was very poor, illegible. I removed the new cartridge and put in the second one that I purchased. Now the printer is working fine.
