How do I do a 2k test on the machine

Hi there, if you are wanting to try a rower before purchasing, the item is not available in our stores. It is an online only item which our stores do not have access to, nor stock. The machine does come with a users manual showing how to use the data display to do things like fitness tests. We trust this helps with your query
