How to Use Your Reusable Silicone Baking Mats

• Preheat the oven (up to 230 degrees C). Place the Silicone Baking Mat into a cake or other baking tin with the CaliWoods logo facing up. Place the food directly on top and cook as directed in the oven on bake settings (do not use it under the grill, on the stove, or BBQ).
• Remove the cooked food from the Baking Mat and then shake off any excess food crumbs from the surface of the Silicone Baking Mat. Avoid using sharp utensils to remove food.
• Wash the Silicone Baking Mat with hot, soapy water or pop it in the dishwasher. Wipe dry with a cloth and store your circular Baking Mats dry.

Cleaning & Care

• The Baking Mats are best cleaned with hot, soapy water and a dishbrush. The Dishbar and Dishbrush are a perfect match for this job. You can also use the top rack of your dishwasher. Dry with a tea towel or soft cloth afterwards and this will remove any residual oil.
• To avoid oil staining, it is recommended that you clean your Reusable Baking Mats after each use. Once they are clean, you can roll up each Baking Mat to store in your kitchen drawer or cupboard.
