Rated 3 out of 5 by from Overall good however... Overall a good product. It heats well and I like that it will continue to gentle heat if I walk away prior to pouring. Disappointing that the base stains quickly (within a couple of days) with mineral deposits & the glass also collect same deposit, I'm on rain water so wasn't expecting a heavy mineral load. Reading the instructions that come in the closed box it does warn of this but it would have been nice if this was included in information prior to purchase. I'm sure people attracted to a glass kettle are looking for that crystal clean look. Can be cleaned with a denture tablet but does detract from the overall appeal/appearance.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Keeps tea hot while brewing Great little appliance. Quick to boil, easy to pour and the keep hot/warm function ensures that your tea never cools down while it is brewing. I have not used the delay start function as it would require the tea leaves to soak in cold water prior to boiling. Very reasonably priced appliance for the tea lover.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great device I’ve had kettle for a couple of weeks. Love the pour, it doesn’t spill. Kettle looks good. Love the 4 hour keep temperature and the ease of use. Didn’t give 5 stars just for the length of time it takes to boil when full- this is to be expected though with 800W.

Because I enjoy using fresh tea leaves, this is the very best kettle on the market for this purpose.
