Rated 3 out of 5 by from Lovely product but impractical glass container i love the actual product. So smooth and easy to use without having to use too much. it is not drying to the skin and neither greasy. The glass container looks great but it is not practical. You can't see how much is left without unscrewing the top and even then it is difficult to see without shining a torch. It is also difficult to use up every bit of the balm and if you turn it upside down to drain into the lid it gets stuck around the pump mechanism and you end up not using it all. I really do love this but please consider putting it into a different type of bottle so that I don't waste any.

I have really sensitive skin and find it hard to buy products which don't react with my skin but this was brilliant. It removes make-up well and leaves skin lovely and soft. I find it to be calming on my skin and reduces redness. I have now bought other products in the range now as they really work.

I use both of these every day now for a glowing, radiant complexion. It’s the perfect prep for no make up days or the most incredible base for make up. Both of these products combined have literally minimised my pores and rejuvenated my skin. I now class them as essentials.

I have combination skin and extremely oily at the moment and was apprehensive about using this cleanser as I use the clarity but it has not make me break out at all. I wear heavy make up everyday for work and when I use this cleanser my face feels so fresh and clean

This cleanser does just that and has really impressed me and has ticked all my boxes! Highly recommend, I have been using products across this brand and they have all delivered effective results

I have very sensitive skin and even water can dry it out. I feel like this cleanser helps protect my skin before rinsing. I also like using the night cream after.

It feels like I put oily conditioner on my skin that won’t rinse off. I used my body wash to get it off my face. Going straight to the landfill.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great gentle Cleanser I love this cleanser. It’s very gentle. It leaves my face soooo soft and clean. I’ll rotate this with a chemical exfoliator, or use as a step in a double cleanse or on its own, if my face is feeling a bit dry or sensitive. I do have to use about 2-3 pumps of product.
