Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bottle awful Changed the bottled and impossible to get product out. Been using this product years. Not very inclusive is it? Unless you have the strength of an elephant the bottle is too hard. I've stopped using it as I don't have time to wrestle with it and my hands hurt. It either comes out too much or not at all. For the first time the bottle has sat in my bathroom untouched for days. Have switched brand for first time in ages. The old pump was amazing - hygienic and dispensed the right amount. Now I use another brand's cleanser I'm likely to transfer over to them for everything else. I need my skincare accessible and convenient. Listen to the feedback - you're giving away your profits.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love this soap, but... I love this soap, the mild works so well on my dry and sensitive skin, I always feel clean, refreshed, and not at all dried out. However, I travel a lot for work, and it's so frustrating that Clinique don't sell the mini bottles of this. They exist, and I've had them as a deluxe sample before so why not sell them? Other companies sell travel sizes so we can keep our routines going on holiday/work trips. I've tried decanting but I have several toiletries that I want them in the right bottles - also so I can get the right one in the shower when I don't have glasses on! It's because of this that I've recently started trying some options from other companies, and might move away from Clinique.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Too difficult to get out without pump I've been using the liquid facial soap for 10+ years. I have arthritis in my hands and, since they changed the packaging from a bottle with a pump, I have found it really difficult to squeeze the soap out of the hard bottle. A softer tube please ? Unfortunately I didn't keep an old bottle to top up. Before liquid soap I used to use the Three Little Soaps but these don't seem to be available any more. I always found that the large bar of soap was too big and anyway, it doesn't seem to have the option of buying with a soap dish any more....could we not have the option to buy a dish separately? Maybe I should try one of the cleansing products instead but I'm really just needing a facial wash ??

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not user friendly I have used Clinique facial soap for many years and have also bought it for my daughters and they really like the product too. However, the last time I ordered it it came in the new style bottle without the pump and, as I can now see from other reviews, it is virtually unusable. I cannot squeeze the bottle enough to get the cleanser out. This is not helped by the fact I have arthritis in my wrists so it's even a job to lift up the top as it is quite stiff. I will not purchase again unless they revert to an easier bottle. 3 stars for product if you can get it out, zero points for bottle.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Common allergenic ingredient I used to absolutely love this product. I have extremely sensitive skin and react dramatically to isothiazolinones - a fairly common allergy. Sadly the ingredients have changed, and now include an isothiazolinone. The ingredients list on this site have not been updated, and although I know the ingredients on actual product are correct, pre information should be available. Reactions can be extremely severe. Please return to not including isothiazolinones! The extra mild is fine to use, but I prefer this mild version for feeling of cleansing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Extra mild soap Better than steroid cream I have been suffering from severe eczema looking like skin for years and used steroid creams which not only thinned my skin but never worked. When I was recommended extra mild soap in 2012 I never looked back until recent when I run out of it and realised I have to wait for the order hence turned into Cinderella. After approximately 5 days of using the extra mild soap my skin returned to normal. Thank you to whoever formulated this product it's like an insulin for a diabetic to me.

Having used virtually every skincare brand both less and more expensive I have found that the Mild Facial Soap is the absolute best product on the market for my Menopausal skin. My skin has been really "acting out" with painful breakouts. I have used Clinique in the past and cannot remember for the life of me why I stopped!! I was gifted a 3-Step system for my birthday and I haven't looked back. Thank you Clinique for giving my confidence back!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Bring back the 3 little bars please! I just can't understand why the little bars of facial soap are no longer available. They are so much better than the liquid soap. They fit nicely in the hand, don't require as much packaging and are so great for travel ( particularly hand luggage travel when it's good to minimise the amount of liquids you take). I'd love an explanation about why this excellent product has been discontinued as it seems madness to me!
