Rated 5 out of 5 by from LOVE this product! Many years ago, Perricone offered a very expensive serum duo-DMAE and Alpha Lipoic Acid, which worked wonders for my aged skin. I have tried many Perricone products with varied success and have found that those with high percentages of these ingredients are essential for me. This product lists DMAE as its second ingredient and ALA as its third. I have previously used the smoothing serum, which is much more expensive, but find this product to be a real bargain for what it offers. I use this after my DMAE pads (love!), and feel my skin tingle. My skin is firmer and my wrinkles are lessened with regular use, which is once per day-alternating between am and pm, so I can use my other products.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sebaceous Gland Cure & Wrinkles Gone Been using 25+ years. I suffered from over active sebaceous glands, my dermatologist recommended this product and it worked. Now 63, still using this formula, minimal wrinkles was the bonus, my 50 year old friends think I'm their age. Benefits: smaller pores, acne gone, smoother skin texture, fine lines and wrinkles substantially reduced (especially around my eyes and forehead). I stopped using for 18 months (budget$) and definitely :( noticed. Happy :) I can afford to purchase again, worth it. Occasionally but rare a bottle can get funky smell which doesn't impact it's effectiveness. Love this product. TIP: I use it on my hands.

It also got rid of a couple of emerging sunspots on the side exposed to the sun when I drive. I use it only at night, as it is strong because of the glycolic acid, I find it too much to use twice a day. I'm 51 and no wrinkles yet thanks to Perricone products! I start with the Lifting and Firming Serum on bare skin, let it dry, then I top it off with the Acyl-Glutathione Overnight Moisturizer and the Acyl-Glutathione Eye Cream. A winning combination.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from being realistic As a women approaching 50 I realize no cream can make me look 25 again. With that being said my skin not only feels softer it looks softer which makes the little lines around my eyes and nasolabial area less noticeable, my over all skin tone and brightness has improved with this product( along with a glow) more than I expected, and their is a slight firming plumping effect. I will continue to buy this product. Yes their is a fishy scent but for me it is light and dissipates once applied. So depending on a person's sensitivity to scents will be affected differently with this product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Absolutely a Must Have in your Routine!! So I bought my mother this past christmas the Perricone MD fx set. Since she has been taking care of my grandfather full time she really hadn't had time to herself anymore. Buying this product has changed everything for her! By the first week I saw her face become more balanced in color and fine lines and wrinkles diminish around her eyes mostly and mouth. When family and friends started to notice man! Her happiness and pride in herself (which I haven't seen in awhile) has came shining through again which I am so happy for, she even started wearing make up again!! I can't thank these products enough! I'm not saying it's a miracle product. But it is very fast acting and effective product!
