Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed I bought this new serum, from the airport, eager to try it, together with the Pro-Collagen Capsule Collection, so was not a free sample. I used it religiously as instructed and I can honestly say, I noticed no difference in my lines . If anything it made my skin slightly oily when used together with the Pro Collagen Marine Cream. I have been using Elemis for the past two years and love the overnight Matrix. I so wanted to love it, but I can’t. Now I am looking to try the new ULTRA SMART Pro-Collagen Complex•12 Serum, however the price somewhat puts me off, especially after my experience with the above serum.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Fabulous but pricey I recently bought a 15ml pump of this serum from a collection bought elsewhere and agree with other reviewers who say it's wonderful. However,despite only using 1 pump on my face twice a day (I was using a separate neck product also by elemis) it only lasted 3 weeks, so I would expect 30ml to last for 6 weeks . Unfortunately I would not be able to repeat buy as it is out of my price range, but if you can afford it you will love it.I have deducted 2 stars for the cost but the product is definitely 5 star.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing I absolutely love this serum. I have been using the it for a month now, two small pumps is all you need and it smells gorgeous. It has a lovely silky texture, is easy to apply and massage in. Within the first few days of using it my skin felt so soft, smooth and much plumper. After a month's use my skin feels firmer but extremely soft, the fine lines around my outer eye have all but disappeared and the texture of my skin on my neck and cheeks is much more refined. I cant praise this serum enough, i'm certainly keeping it in my skin routine. Thank you Elemis !

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing serum Received the Pro-Collagen Definition Face & Neck serum less than 2 weeks ago, beautifully packaged, thank you Elemis. I’m normally quite heavy handed with my serums but I stuck to using 2 pumps in morning and evening and it was more than enough to treat my face and neck. My skin has transformed in this short time. It looks so much clearer, even toned and brighter. I even feel confident to go out without makeup. The skin on my neck, jowls and under my eyes is noticeably tighter and smoother. I have a line across my forehead and a few on my top lip which have almost disappeared too. Normally serums which claim to treat so many issues fail and are too harsh on my skin causing breakouts within a week, not this one!!!! I’ll never be without it now!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love it Bought this just a few weeks ago from being recommended. From the first use it immediately soaked in straight away and my skin felt amazing. It has really helped the firmness of my skin especially near my chin and sides of my face. I would definitely try it. It is a little pricey but you only need a small amount and it will last a while.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Pro collagen face and neck serum I ran out of this product, having used it for more than a year, and in the few weeks I didn’t have it I definitely felt a difference- and not in a good way. It’s always hard to judge for yourself whether you would have looked worse had you not used something but on restarting it my skin felt more taught and silkier again. Pricey but to me it’s worth it- plus Elemis have great deals if you keep your eyes open. I’ve probably saved money using nothing but Elemis after years of half opened cheaper products. Love them

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Unbelievable results! Takes years off my true age. I can’t decide if this is working or not? I think it is because I put it on before I use the pro definition night cream so I can’t say which one is doing the trick but what I can say is my checks and jowls have lifted so much it is almost unbelievable! I am shocked by my reflection since using these 2 products as I have such tightened and glowing skin. I adore Elemis products and the price reflects the old saying “ you get what you pay for “. Amazing results.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from MIXED REVIEW I was really excited to receive this product to trial but was left feeling a little disappointed after using it. On the plus side the serum did feel lovely when massaged onto the skin and it wasn’t greasy or oily in anyway. The biggest negative for me was the smell. Being an Elemis Pro Collagen Marine cream mega fan I expected the smell to be as beautiful but it wasn’t a pleasant smell to me and unfortunately really put me off using the cream to see any real results.
