While in Dillard's one day I was convinced by the sales representative to try it. After I selected and purchased the items I was interested in, that night I started using them. Several weeks later "today " I am back for more. This product is addictive . I purchased old and new products. I have always had excellent skin except for the never ending oil. Little on the expensive side but I was spending about the same amount for my old product. It is worth every penny. Customer for life. The representatived always very knowledgeable

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 30 days and my eyes are transformed [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] my eyes began to have bags and fine lines far before i was ready to accept the aging. then i had a baby and added sleepless nights and my eyes aged even more. i tried drug store creams, high price eye creams, natural remedies, (over the years) and had even started considering a visit to the med spa to explore options i said i never would. but then i found this eye cream and took years off my eyes!! i get complements about how rested i look (despite still barley sleeping with an 8 week baby) the bags are gone and fine lines are nearly none existent. I cannot speak highly enough about this eye cream!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Luxurious eye cream I am impressed. The wrinkle smoothing eye cream has worked wonders on my constant tired puffy mom eyes! I've been using the cream now for a few weeks and am honestly seeing results. The eye cream is luxurious, has a beautiful light scent and is creamy yet gentle and wonderful for sensitive skin and eye areas. When the instructions say a pearl size amount, don't think giant pearl--a little pearl goes a long way and works wonderfully. The cream is not greasy and absorbs wonderfully into the eye area. Since I've been using this cream nightly I have noticed a decrease in my under eye puffiness and the crinkles that come with it. 5 stars reccomend from me!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not as good as the original formula When I just about to run out of my third jar of the original eye cream, I went on line to order my 4th jar. When my order arrived I noticed different packaging. I assumed the formula was the same until I used the new eye cream and my eyes became beet red and swollen. Apparently the formula was changed. For me it was horrible. Took a few weeks for the redness and swelling to go down. I gave the eye cream to my daughter instead of sending it back to Shiseido. Very disappointed that the original eye cream will not be available any more.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from NOTHING Like It On the Market! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] About 15 years ago my colleague and I were out of the country traveling for work. I had told her how I could not find an eye cream that I liked and that none of them delivered results. She told me that I absolutely had to try Shiseido Benefiance Eye and that it was truly the only eye cream that completely transformed her eye area. That very day we went to a department store and I purchased it. After ONE USE I within minutes started seeing fine lines being reduced. Over the years packaging changed a couple of times and formulas have quadrupled in the benefits this eye cream provides. Might I add, I work in the skincare industry where I have every possible cream and serum at my disposal, but SHISEIDO BENEFIANCE EYE is my holy grail.

Yes it's a great moisturizer and has the best consistency which is on the thick side, loved that because it melted right into my skin. However although it may have slightly helped some crows feet it's not the holy grail and I don't think it's worth the hefty price tag. I wish I would have had better results I really wanted to love this because I'm tired of searching for that "one" that's going to cease my search......

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is the best!!! This is absolutely the best eye cream I have ever used. The tiniest listless bit goes such a long way. This little jar will last you a very long time. This is a thick and luxurious cream. It's meant to hydrate under your eye area. As we age, it's so important to hydrate your skin. That's the reason this has a tacky consistency. Let it sit for about 5 minutes before applying foundation or powder. Invest in your skin, you won't regret it. I plan on getting literally this entire line eventually and then telling everyone i meet in my beauty groups about it. I just love every product I've tried so far.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good eye cream So it took me a little bit to figure out how to use this cream.. it is super super hydrating which makes it very oily under my skin ... you have to put just the right amount which is not a lot and pat it in followed by a few gentle rubs and let it be... the skin does absorb it but it takes a while... so In the morning I have to get that going early and let it absorb before i it my make up on... but now that I figured it out I really like it and see a change in my fine lines and dark circles... def reduces them and makes the eyes look amazing
