Rated 4 out of 5 by from Works to a moderate degree... I've been using this now for about two weeks. On one hand, I tend to believe it sorta works and helps relieve the puffiness under your eyes. On the other hand, I guess I expected more. The one thing I don't particularly care for is that it leaves a slightly sticky residue where its been applied. It isn't visible but you can feel the residue once it drys. I refrigerate this, as recommended by others and I believe this helps in relieving puffiness. As far as the ball bearing applicator, I'm a fence rider on this. Not sure yet if I like it vs. just applying with my finger. I don't know that this feature really helps at all.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Burned, dried, and caused wrinkles/pouches I use many JB products. I have very thin sensitive skin under my eyes and was starting to see puffing and wrinkles. I put this in the fridge as suggested. Used it twice - it burned my skin, dried it like leather/eczema, turned deep red, and created shriveled bags/pouches/lines under both eyes. Wish I could post a pic. I'm 59 and look 99 - hoping it heals and recovers soon. Using the MP10 nourishing oil to re-hydrate the dry patches. Just a word of caution for others - try under one eye to test on your skin. Avoid if sensitive skin.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from New packaging wastes product I received my first tube of the eye balm as a gift and really liked it. I could use it right up to my eye without any irritation at all. I ordered more and still am very happy with the product, but do not like the new package. While novel, I do not need the ball bearings in the top as I do not rub the product directly on my skin. I prefer to take a small dab and apply with my finger. I need to push more product than I need through the bearings and end up wasting this really fine product. I would prefer having the option of selecting a standard tube without the bearings.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from I've Used Better It's hard to say how I feel about this product. I refrigerate the tube and it does feel good when applied under the eye. My issue with the product is it has a sticky, pasty feel to it once applied on the skin and has a glossy, shiny look when applied as well. You can easily see that product under the eye. It doesn't blend into the skin unfortunately. I've used other balms that penetrate well and do not show. This one leaves a sheen look which I then try to cover with my moisturizer. I'll probably go back to my other brand once this is used up.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not and Eye-Balm De-Puffing Fan The design and concept are attractive. However, when initially applying this, the rollers are dry and tend to pull sensitive under-eye skin until they pick up enough liquid to roll smoothly. Even rolling on the wrist several times first does not seem to fix the problem. Once on, I cannot see a big improvement over your other under-eye treatment cream. I would not buy this one again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quick Fix If you are looking for long-term effects, then buy Protein Booster Eye Rescue. This product is about a quick fix. As a functioning lush, I often wake up looking like I've been rode hard and put away wet. While it can't fix my damaged liver, it does fix my tired, puffy eyes. Keep it in the fridge. It helps it work better and feel great.
