I think my expectations were too high and I didn 't give it enough time. I purchased a full-size cream and used it primarily on my arms and elbows in the shower. I have a bunch of small bumps on my upper arms and while they 're not hugely visible, I can feel them. When using this cream, it worked really well on my elbows and leaving my hands and arms soft, but I didn 't see or feel a big difference in my upper arm bumps. Maybe I needed to give it more time? Idk.
