Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fabulous & Enchanting Scent ! OMG ! How much I love this candle ! It has the most magical & enchanting scent out of the whole Voluspa collection. I love lighting this candle when I get home, it instantly transformed my environment into this magical gardenia garden in this mystical land that words just can't describe. It has just the right amount of aroma that fills the room you are in without being overpowering; unlike many other brands' candle (for example the Yankee Candles are just way too strong that gives you headaches ! ) I highly recommend this candle if you like the white flower type of scents. Give it a try, it will become your favorite candle, too!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A sophisticated bouquet This scent is very floral! It reminds me of a sophisticated bouquet that you would find in a hotel lobby. This candle has strong notes of jasmine and gardenia blooms but is very warm and earthy, rather than your typical light and airy floral scent. As always, Voluspa has found a way to intertwine a unique and mature take on a classic scent. Overall, this scent is pretty strong and likely to fill a mid-sized room (i.e. a bedroom or office)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A true & classic Gardenia fragrance If you are looking for a true, traditional Gardenia fragrance then look no further. Gardenia Colonia is the perfect floral fragrance. The black and white packaging is classic, just like the scent itself. The classic candle is my go to format! As you open the box, it is truly like opening a present. It is a beautiful fragrance with a beautiful presentation. This candle is like receiving a fresh, floral bouquet.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lovely Scent A few months ago, I purchased the Gardenia Colonia in place of my beloved Mokara and found the two fragrances to be quite similar! I believe the Gardenia Colonia is a bit stronger and was more than pleased with my selection... A couple weeks ago, I ordered a couple Mokara candles and have them burning now - definitely not as fragrant as the GC but still lovely. Highly recommend the Gardenia Colonia!

The simple white glass goes with every decor and the scent of Gardenia and jasmine is soft yet fills a room. The scent reminds me of my childhood home where we had Gardenia and Jasmine growing on the side of the house. When the windows were open during the Summer nights, you could smell all the blooms.

This floral scent carries nicely throughout the space and has a timeless design and gorgeous white black, and gold packaging that make it a beautiful gift.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not the scent I was expecting I’ll start off by saying the packaging is beautiful. Unfortunately the scent wasn’t what I was expecting by reading the fragrance notes. Too me it has an artificial tropical smell, not the gardenia and jasmine that was described, and it gave me a headache. Unfortunately my husband threw out the packaging, so I’m not able to return it for a scent I like.
