Rated 5 out of 5 by from Absolutely fabulous unisex fragrance! I recently purchased my Violet and Amber Absolu at the Jo Malone Biltmore (Phx) Boutique. The scent is deep, rich, and complex, with hints of sweet tobacco, and woods, combined with violets. This fragrance is unlike my usual lighter and more floral fragrances but I absolutely love it. The scent lasts forever ... easily overnight. My spouse really likes it too, for him, as well as on me. A friend liked it so much, she purchased it, as well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Gorgeous Love this fragrance so glad I purchased it, treated myself for my birthday at the airport duty free didn't intend to buy it but couldn't resist as the fragrance was gorgeous, have received many compliments when wearing it too

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not for me, still a nice scent I bought this one because I thought it would be a warm violet scent but it ended up being too floral for my taste.I would still recommend this scent but only to somebody who likes floral scents with powdery finishes. I personally did not enjoy this scent very much because on me it smelled more like something an older person would wear (not that a young person couldn't like it though!). I am considering exchanging it for another in the absolu range because if I am paying this much for a perfumed I want to absolutely love it. Although I do not like the flowery scent or the powdery finish, some people might so that is why I gave it 3 stars. It is definitely a luxury scent so if you like violet, strong flowers, or powder scents I'm sure you would like this. If you like deeper, warmer scents I would possibly look at the "cologne intense" line.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Doesn't last Got this a couple of month ago, lasts for half an hour. Am shocked how fast the smells disappears. I have a couple of the standard collection, and they last the whole day. Very disappointed

Rated 1 out of 5 by from does not have any smell other than alcohol i'm not sure if that's the issue with my cologne specifically but it genuinely smells like alcohol only with very slight violet mixed in. disappointing
