Rated 4 out of 5 by from Sukin Hydrating Hair Mask This hair mask is a good hair mask to use once a week to provide nourishment to your hair. It smells really sweet so the fragrance is quite pleasant. I like how I have the option to either rinse it out or I can leave it in there. When I do leave it in there, it doesn’t feel sticky.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Sukin Hydrating Hair Mask The Sukin Hydrating Hair Mask comes in a 200ml cream white & blue squeeze tube. The consistency of the mask is quite thick and creamy, white in colour and subtly scented from the coconut and olive oil. It is pleasant and does not linger long after rinsing. I applied it to damp hair after washing, left on for approx five minutes before rinsing. It feels very moisturising whilst on the hair, you can really feel the mask working its magic softening the hair. It rinses out quite easily, no residual film or weighed down feeling left behind. Hair feels deeply moisturised, less dry and coarse. Easier to brush and noticeably more shiny. This is a decent hair mask, especially for the price point. For referrence my hair is waist length, thick & wavy and this hair mask has worked wonders adding some life and moisture back into my dry, frizzy lengths. Leaves the hair feeling healthier after each use. I pair it with the hydrating oil and have noticed the condition of my hair has improved, lengths are not so dull and dry. I will be purchasing again, especially when on sale.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A great hair mask for an affordable price and it's cruelty-free and Australian made! I think this might be the first product I've ever given 5/5 stars? This is a great hair mask and deserves the recognition anyway. I have never really needed hair masks, my hair is naturally quite smooth, however I've had my hair lightened and dyed red so now I'm all about moisturising products for my ends. This hair mask is amazing for me, but do bear in mind that my hair was only lightened a couple of shades up from black-brown and only some sections were bleached, so I don't know how well this hair mask will work on heavily bleached hair, platinum blondes etc. This is a surprisingly big tube considering it's just 200ml and you don't need a lot of mask per use. It comes out like one of those old body creams, pretty thick, white, rich cream that holds it's shape, and like those creams, it spreads really well and you only need like 1 medium squeeze (YMMV I've been using this since I've had fairly long hair). Sometimes I think I haven't squeezed enough, but it always works out well. In wet hair the product feels slippery and smooths tangled wet hair pretty well. Washing the mask out is simple, like washing out a conditioner, it doesn't suds up, but it comes out without having to rinse for hours. I haven't really bothered timing it but I usually leave it in my hair for at least 2 minutes and sometimes I put it under a shower cap, sometimes not. However I use this I always come out with beautifully smooth, shiny and soft hair, almost better than my hair was before lightening! I've gotten similar results to this using a few other masks, but they don't come with all of Sukins benefits: no sulphates, no mineral oil, no synthetic fragrance or colour, no silicones! cruelty free, carbon neutral, australian made, recyclable packaging! etc. When I've used temporary or permanent hair dye to top up my red, this mask doesn't cause the red to run out of my hair like most of the affordable conditioners I've used. With some conditioners I noticed they were enough for my lightened hair but my bleached sections still felt a bit dry, I've noticed no difference with this mask, all my hair feels equally smooth and moisturised. After first use and knowing there weren't a lot of surfactants in this, I did worry that it would be hard to wash out and might weigh my hair down or that without silicones it wouldn't feel as smooth and would tangle easily. but no, my hair feels incredibly smooth and moisturised but my roots stay light and no oilier than they used to, my hair doesn't clump together and it stays feeling moisturised even 3 days after washing. It's just an all round great hair mask! I literally haven't found any downsides yet and I've been using it regularly for at least 3 months. I kinda HAVE to give it full marks at this point.
