Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quality shampoo Tried this shampoo to help with stress induced shedding. I love that it’s delicate on my hair and leaves it feeling light and salon smooth. I do feel as though I need to use more than my normal amount of shampoo to wash my hair. However I am very pleased

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Zero hydration, but smells great! The only thing I really loved about this conditioner was the scent and the fact that my hair smelled like roses for days until my next wash. It's so nice just randomly smelling flowers as I go about my day. That's about where the pros stop. This conditioner is really bad at hydrating my hair. I feel like I have to use 2-3x the normal amount I would use of any other conditioner just so my hair isn't a frizzy mess once it dries. It's also really hard to manage right out of the shower. My hair gets really tangled and feels awful! It does leave my hair light and flowy once dry but again, only if I use a TON of product. It's just not worth it.

A little goes a long way with this product. I used this with the clay shampoo paste which I felt left my hair kinda dry and waxy. I wish this conditioner gave my hair a little more softness and smoothness. It smells amazing. Hair didn’t feel horrible after it was dry and these products would be great for my hair if I were to curl my hair, just due to the waxy feeling that it left would have helped my hair hold a curl or style. This product is a little pricey for the amount you get and I probably wouldn’t spend that amount of money for this product.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Pretty basic. I’m so glad they made a conditioner because after that shampoo paste, my hair was rough and dry and tangled. This conditioner saved my hair but I did have to use a lot for my hair to start feeling soft again in the shower. There’s really nothing special about this conditioner but I do know that my hair had lots of volume when it was dry and I think it’s mostly from the shampoo paste. This is just a gimmick product to buy with the paste so you have something to go with it. I believe you can use any conditioner to follow up with that paste. I don’t really recommend this product. And for reference, I have thin, straight, flat hair with absolutely no natural volume.

It definitely did help with volume on my fine but thick hair. I made sure to concentrate it on the ends of my hair as a directions stated and as you should do with any conditioner. It did really help with the tangles which I appreciate. I’m not the biggest fan of the price point of this conditioner. I feel like if it was a leader worth of conditioner and the price point was the same it would be fair. I did receive this product for free exchange for my honest review.

While the shampoo didn’t lather well in Japan’s soft water and felt a bit too heavy for typical Japanese hair, the conditioner was just right. It has the perfect weight—after applying and leaving it on for about three minutes, my hair feels noticeably softer and stays smooth even after blow-drying. I’ve also noticed that the usual frizz and waviness are much less of a concern now. As a treatment, it offers great value for the price, and above all, the fragrance is absolutely wonderful. Highly recommended.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Not as good as shampoo This product I could take or leave. Quite frankly it didn’t make me have any sort of feeling about it. It was just very average, whereas the matching shampoo is genuinely really amazing. I wouldn’t say this helps much in the volume department, however it does have some good moisture qualities to it which is needed. Similar to the shampoo version it does have a very heavy scent of rose that punches you in the face. I didn’t like that at first but over time and continued use it grew on me and didn’t bother me as much. Not much else to say honestly. Not the worst conditioner I’ve used but certainly not the best either!
