Rated 3 out of 5 by from Moisturizing Shampoo for Hard Water Areas [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this shampoo together with the conditioner, but unfortunately, the shampoo didn’t work well for me. It doesn’t lather properly in Japan’s soft water, and the texture feels too heavy for typical Japanese hair. After washing, my hair felt overly coated and lacked the light, clean finish I was hoping for. While the scent is absolutely wonderful and the formula is very moisturizing, it seems more suitable for European hard water. If you live in a hard water area and struggle with frizz or waviness, this shampoo could be a great choice for you. Personally, I wouldn’t repurchase it for use in soft water regions.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Smells great but super drying I'm not very far into the bottle and my hair is transformed in a really negative way. My hair is now so dry it's actually crunchy. I have long, fine hair but it's always been healthy. I wanted volume and more shine and I haven't seen any improvement in either respect and the only positive thing is that it smells beautiful. Super disappointed because of the cost but I'm a lifelong Aveda user and not only am I switching back, I regret ever trying this brand.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A beautiful shampoo into my hair care routine! I have an oily scalp, fine hair, and I don’t have colored hair. The main thing I look for in a shampoo is making sure it cleanses all the oil, dirt, and grime on on my scalp. The Delicate Volumizing Shampoo from Christophe Robin is amazing because it cleanses my oily scalp while giving my hair a little bit of a lift. I love how this shampoo makes my hair feel light, airy, and healthy! I also love the subtle rose scent, I am usually not a fan of rose scents in general but the scent in the shampoo is very pleasant.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Hair feels coated The jury is out on this at the moment. Used it about 4 times and my hair feels coated like its a bit greasy. Looks ok on the first day but by second day looks a bit flat and dull looking. I will use every other wash I think and see how that goes. I have been used to washing my hair every day until recently when I've tried to stretch it to washing it every other day.

My stylist wanted me to stop using products with silicone and this was the first one I wanted to try after researching it. I don't think I'll ever use something else. It smells so clean and fresh and my fine hair actually still has some lift to it on the second and third day. Perfection!!
