Rated 1 out of 5 by from HORRIBLE BRING BACK THE OLD FORMULA I have been using the old formula in the big bottles for last 3 years when I started losing hair. My hair is back and I have lived this shampoo, my hairdresser says my hair is in the greatest shape ever. So I ran out and went to buy more and like and behold like everyone else who makes a great product they change the formula and TOTALLY SCREWED IT UP!!! It’s awful hardly lathers but could deal with that but my hair feels dirty and is so limp falls straight to my head even with volumizers and blow drying. This is going back to store and I will hunt online for old formula or its GOODBYE WELLA. TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED AND Upset If I could give zero stars I would

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Total miss I cannot believe that Wella changed such a perfect product!! The original made my hair soft and shiny, and the smell...oh the amazing smell, I loved everything about it. This new Invigo version, does not perform and the smell is so different from what I was used to. It smells like other product you can find in any grocery store...plain!! I bought the set without realizing the changes that were made. When I got them and tried them I was very disappointed. My two teenage boys like them, so that is where they are now, in their shower so they can use up every last bit of the huge liter bottles I had ordered. Wella, I beg of you, please bring back the original!!!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Thumbs down for new formula I’ve been using this product for my coarse colored hair for couple years now and it worked great in my asian bleached blond hair. Beside from smelling nice for so long it helped detangle my hair and made it so soft. However, they changed to a new formula and this new product looks like it thinner textured and my hair isn’t as soft as it feels as the old product. The conditioner formula is even worse! The old conditioner had a rich texture and made my hair soft for days. This new product sucks, put it on seconds later and it turns to water like. Not worthing the money anymore

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Please go back to the original formula! I was so sad when I went to purchase the Brilliance shampoo/conditioner and I found that they changed the formula. The original was, hands down, the best smelling shampoo out there. The new smell doesn’t even begin to measure up. I have one jumbo set left of the original and I will use sparingly in hopes that you’ll bring back the original by the time I’m finished.

I stopped at the salon to pick up 2 1-L bottles of Wella Brilliance (Micro-light Formula) and immediately noticed a difference in the shower. It sits on top of your head, like glue. Very difficult to lather, and the scent is so overpowering and acidic. So disappointed. As a 6 year-user of this product, I’ve given up. ***Please consider bringing back the old formula!** The former was a gem, so light and lathery and did not weigh my colored hair down (my stylist also uses Wella color). Big mistake!

The smell of Wella Brilliance was the best thing ever, like heaven for the nose. Now it smells horrible, people like me just want their hair to smell good, how am I supposed to use this shampoo now for myself or in the salon when I can’t stand it. I know several other salons as well discontinuing it’s use.

It was the only shampoo/conditioner I had found that not only worked best for my hair, but had a pleasant and not overpowering scent. I am very sensitive to odors. I only use unscented deodorant, laundry soap, etc. I cannot tell you how this product works because I could not even use it. The scent is awful and too strong. I have returned the product and am on the search for a new shampoo. Please bring the old formula back. You have unfortunately lost a loyal customer. :(

The scent would cling to my hair for days and I would get compliments all the time. The new formula is horrible, it smells like artificial lime candie. Wella, please bring back the old formula!
